What Students Say

Likes

classes are build very good, fully ac and heaters including projectors.
Other thing is the library. Really good and have subject related to every subject
Labs are really good. They includes good connectivity for internet and have good tech to work.

Dislikes

Guest faculty is allocated to BCA mostly which is the worst in teaching. Students only go to classes for attendance
Placement internships are not provided to BCA course
Social life or social clubs are absent. So tech fairs and other events are very low.

Course Curriculum Overview

I chose this course for the rich subjects offered. This course covers various basic as well as advance topics. However not in depth as compared to BTech CSE. This course covers subjects like OOP, C, C++, Python, DSA, etc. 2 mid sem exams are done, and 1 final exam per semester. And lab work.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 22300 per year

Internships Opportunities

*No internship is provided for BCA course* But placements are done to other courses. They says that placement for BCA will be provided in upcoming years. Minor and major projects are to be made by students during 3rd year.

Placement Experience

Campus placement are unavailable for BCA but only for BTech and MBA. Internships are suggested by teachers and guided One may get apply for internship placement out campus. Minor projects/ major projects are to be made by students in 5th and 6th semester

Fees and Financial Aid

Fee structure is quite inexpensive as compared to other courses. Per semester fee is 22500. Mean fees per semester is 55,000 including campus, hostel, mess. Mess fees is 21,000 per semester. However you can avail scholarships. Scholarships offered includes PMS for SC/ST. Other is tuition fee waiver based on income of family head. Also Bihar Credit scheme.

Campus Life

Clubs do not work here , that's the main problem. Social life is not so well as present in other colleges. Student may feel like company is not good or environment is not well for studying/coding. Events and tech fairs are very low. Books are available in library for almost every subject. Sports department however is not good, partiality is done

Hostel Facilities

Hostel have their pros and cons. 2 bed and 4 bed Room are provided to boys and only 2 bed for girls. Attached washroom for boys but common washroom for boys. Mess is worst Food quality is poor According to the fee paid. Wifi is not available in rooms, only to common room. No facility for washing clothes, and no good canteens.

Hostel Fee: INR 27500 per year

Admission

Direct admission is done on basis of 12th merit. Eligibility is 12th passed in any stream. No entrance exam needed. Admission form can be found on their website. Ptu.ac.in , but final admissions are done by offline counselling only for BCA.

Placement Experience:

The college provides us a good placement drives including internships job opportunities . The movidu tech company of noida makes visits of our collage .and hero cycles and TATA, Mahindra and infosiys comapnys . Maximum percentage of getting placement is 60% pluss. My plane after getting the BCA degre is to take opportunity in masters in IT

Good enviroment but bad accomodation

Placement Experience:

for the placements for bca is not very good for getting placement u dont have to get backlog in any subject. not good companies are coming this year in the collgege. they give you 2 options that is on campus and off campus placement but due to not many good companies come in the placement many students in bca opt for offcampus placement in this year. and if any company come in college for bca mostly they are for sales position with less stipend
