Placements and packages are really good I am from mechanical department from our college the placement rate is very high for mechanical engineering so we can see that the mechanical engineering in our college is the best
Sports activities I am a cricket lover from my childhood and in this college I got nice opportunity to play I am playing in cricket tournaments
The teaching of the professors are pretty okay

Dislikes

Ragging is very more in this college .some seniors are good but others will ag you
Hostels accomodation the building is pretty old that's why hostels were very bad
Some teachers are not much good they should be taken some more care

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is okay we are having the subjects engineering mechanics engineering chemistry and environmental science and beee engineering mathematics forever first sem and for the going sem we are having computer programming maths and engineering drawing, physics and communication skills. The teaching is okay

Class Size: 217Course Fees: INR 135000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Here we're having a good scholarships in our college and a decent amount of the fee like 25000 for messfood in a year and the tuition fee varies upon category like for those who have less parential income there is zero tuition fee.it's kind of very good

Campus Life

We are having a wide area of 650 acres most of the part covers with trees but the hostels were bad because it's a old campus and bathrooms were not good and the colleges classrooms were okay campus life is okay

Admission

The admission process is so long .it almost took 5-6hrs. Standing in most of the time. verification of documents taken by staff speaks in a good way After that I went to a hostel. Allotment of rooms held there.

Placement are very good the average placement package is 350000 and Mostly every big indian IT company hires fromhere tcs, infosys, cognizant etc 70% of students get placed from my batch and my plan is doing a job in IT i got placed from this college itself

The absolute truth about SIRT

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester students will be getting placement notification, there is an app called pod AI to monitor your placement companies and how much you applied, and your eligibility for company, if you are from electrical branch you will recieve polycab , EXL , a1 fence , solar square . There was about 10 companies visited but absolutely 0 opportunity in IT companies if you are from electrical branch. Average branch package is 2.4 lacks per annum About 50% of students got placed My plans after degree is to go for off campus opportunity

A campus of learning, friendship and future prospects

Placement Experience:

Campus Pl start from the 7th semester with good companies visiting for core branches popular recruiters are tafe eichers, CG power, Disa. Cognizant and Infosys for the IT roles also. The average package is up to the 6 LPA. After completing my degree I am planning To join a good company of the mechanical branch which helps me in building my career in the core engineering field.

The college is good in terms of placement and development of students

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum followed by the college is slightly old in comparision to iits and nits but it is better than most of the remaining colleges. But the curriculum could be improved.The curriculum is based on more theoretical approach and less practical approach for some branches.The teaching methodology is good . Teachers use smart boards if they need. The frequency of the exams and msts are good but they also include demo which makes it hectic.

OCT Bhopal is outstanding!!

Placement Experience:

Highesht package so far has been of 34 lakhs per annum and average though is 6 LPA. This average is considering all departments as for pur department it is of 10 LPA. Wipro, Amazon, Tisco and Mindtree are some companies out of lets say 50 odd which shows up every year. My plan is to do an MBA program and i am preparing for CAT too.

I do not have the detailed knowledge about placements of our college but i guess 900+ companies visits yearly in our college and almost every student gets placed.
