Faculty are very experienced and from top B schools of India

Hostel and college are not in the same premise, but there is bus facilities.

Course Curriculum Overview

Jagsom has a very well course curriculum with a T shaped focus and they also have a specific career track courses where students are tough according to the career they want to take up with top notch faculties. There are guest lectures from corporate people and visiting faculties which are also part of IIM's. The course is divided into 6 terms, with exams as mid term and end term

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 1490000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Many good companies come for giving internships and the record for the same is good. The internship period is minimum of 3 months but can be extended to 6 months. Internships are given based upon the career track we choose.

Placement Experience

The placements arre good, many top companies come for recruitment and for internships. New age companies are also part of the placement drive. There is also a entreprenurial course where one can opt out of placements if he wants to start his.her own business and even college supports them fot it.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee details are 15 lakh for 2 years and college has tie ups with banks to provide loans to students. The fee covers hostel fees as well. There are scholarship as well. There is a well 3-4 months internship offered

Campus Life

The campus life is good. Hostel has a ground with cricket,football and volleyball options. There are many committee's which an individual has to take part in it and the main event for college is Kanyathon which is a marathon for the girl child and education of girl child, it is a charity event.

Admission

Admission process consists of 4 stages. First was a JAGMAT test of our college where 50% score is cut off. The second stage is case study/Group discussion. The third stage is a personal interview by the senior batch students and the last stage is personal interview with the faculty,alumni and corporate. The admission process is smooth and a one day process. All this stages are done in a single day.

Interview Experience

There is 1 group discussion and 2 interviews before admission. The topics of GD depends upon the faculty and the interview has 2 stages, one is from senior batch and the other is from the faculty,alumni and a corporate member.

Placement Experience:

In 3rd semester is when you will be eligible for placements or internships. Therr are different companies that take initiative to come for hiring and for MBA the highest pacage was 9LPA which keeps increasing every year and the college also put alot of effort to make sure all the students gets placements. And the average package is 6 to 7 LPA and there are alomst 75% of students who get placements on how well you perform and they will also give you various training tha are given to every student which helps then in interviews and to get placed and ther is TYL program which is Tie you laces that comes with aptitude and verbal training which is important for and placements or job. And my plan is to get a good job in the most reputable company

Pgdm At JAGsom - My Honest Take

Placement Experience:

After 5th semester, We have our internship as IIP. The companies coming are namely, Blackrock, Oxane, Zepto, Informatica and more. The placements are going well for Marketing and Finance. The Highest package is 50lpa and median is 10lpa. But if you stay in top 10-20% in your batch you can get, 13-14lpa. The profiles offered are of management trainee, financial analyst, data analyst, etc. Around 60-70% of the batch gets placed, but cracking interviews for placements is in student's hand.

My brief experience as a MBA student at IZee Business School, Bangalore

Placement Experience:

From third semester itself students are eligible for campus placements. College itself provides internships for students also helping them to cop up with their studies. Companies visited are, Cafe Coffee Day, Cothas coffee, Infosys, Biocon, HCL tech. Highest package they provided is 14 Lakhs and average is 6.5 lakhs. 90% students get placed, 5% students have their own family business and other 5% students start their own business. My plan after getting my degree is to get into one of BIG FIVEs, earn money, build connections for atleast a decade and than start my own business.

A Solid Choice for Industry-Ready Graduates.

For two year PGDM programs, there are various eligibility criterias like CAT, MAT, XAT, GMAT, CMAT and JAGMAT. JAGMAT ia a requirement at the time of selection process. The application form, fees and the dates are provided in the website. JAGMAT is an aptitude test which comprises of 3 sections- 1)English Language proficiency 2) Quantitative aptitude 3) Logical reasoning The total marks is 75 and each section will be of 25 marks. the duration of the test is 90 minutes.
