Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum followed by my college is the AKTU curriculum and it is totally based on that it somewhere lacks the mordanity in it and is not updated and still the same old fashioned like earlier. The internal exams are taken thrise a semester and after there is final exam taken by AKTU the exam level is moderate but the checking level of aktu exam is really poor
Internships Opportunities
There are many companies that offer internship like tata power cognizant Infosys where the students are trained and after the internship they are assigned a project that need to be submitted the College also ask for the complete report of the things learnt in internship
Placement Experience
The placements starts from 6th or 7th semester and students starts getting placed. Every year many companies visit our campus like adani power cognizant TCS etc. in our college almost 80 percent of students get placed every year and specially in EEE branch there 100% placement from last couple of years. The highest package last year was about 59 lpa with average package about 8 lpa. After getting degree I am planning to start my own company to work on electric vehicles
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees for first year is about 138500 rupees and from second year onwards it is about 128000. Our college is eligible for up scholarship form and many students gets the scholarship. Usually the scholarship is provided only to OBC, SC and ST category students. The scholarship amount is about 60000
Campus Life
College organises the annual cultural fest called epoque also the sports fest is organised every year by the name RANN. The college mainly focuses on studies but there are also many extracurricular activities like sports singing dancing etc there are different clubs for different activities. The classes are well managed with the projector or a smart board available in every classroom. The central library contains many books reasearch papers and students can access them easily
Hostel Facilities
Hostel facility inside the campus is quite good there are rooms in three sharing, two sharing and also single rooms are available. The food in the hostel is also quite good with the variety of items present in menu. but the hostel rooms are limited inside the campus and most of the students have to reside in private hostels/PG. There are many pg's available in the vicinity of the college
Admission
Admission process was quite easy I was asked my marks in 12th and then according to that they offered me different branches and then after that you just need to fill a form and submit the fees. I didn't give any entrance exam and took admission directly. The staff if generally available from 9 am to 4:30 pm
