Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

The curriculum that influence my decision to choose that course engineering because look at the curriculum from past years or an entirely different option and see how the one in question measures up. Pay extra attention to the content, processes of learning, and assessment strategies to see how the curriculum is more or less effective by comparison . It is last and first option of maths students to choose engineering and it is very important that to choose good college for b tech. There is no shortage of solutions to be discovered in engineering. There is no single answer, no answer in the back of the book, no professor to tell you that you are right or wrong. You must devise a solution and persuade others that your solution is the best one.As an engineer, you will work in a professional environment and have a certain amount of freedom in choosing your work. Engineers have the opportunity to learn and grow through both on-the-job and formal training.

Fees and Financial Aid

The Institute provides scholarships to 7% of the total strength of students on semester-to-semester basis. Currently more than one hundred students are availing academic scholarship provision. The scholarships range from 85% to 20% rebates in tuition fee. Students scoring 75% and above in board degree exams can apply for academic scholarship in the first semester at KIET. The total tuition fee for KIET Ghaziabad Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharma.) is INR 5.56 Lakh. Apart from the tuition fee, there is a hostel fee of - INR 4.00 Lakh that students are required to pay in addition to the tuition fee . AKTU provide scholarships to meritorious students who belong to SC/ ST/ OBC category under the regulations of the UP State Scholarship scheme. Every year, UP state releases the notification for fee reimbursement for the students of AKTU and its affiliated colleges.

Campus Life

4.5

Placement process is good. Helpful teachers, there is everything you’d expect from a college, a food court, reasonable rates of the food items in canteen. Hostels are also good, although if you don’t want to live as a hosteler there are many PGs in the area and also rooms you can have in rent. Hostelers are not allowed outside of college after 10 pm or 11 pm. Computer Labs are full furnished and an auditorium and Cant miss to mention the Annual Day function.. The week start from small programs at department level than last two days of College level and it ends with Star Night in which a Celebrity Singer comes every year to set the stage on fire. also many other events like Innotech or Tech Events you can call it.. Art and Poetry kind of events are also a thing in this college and most importantly friends. You will make a lot of friends and have a lot of fun with them in the college or outside the college. Nearest Movie theater is Movie World, you can reach movie world by Auto Tempo for

Admission

The admission process is by jee mains exam and the other option is direct admission. By jee mains in best branch the percentile is about 90 . And in direct admission the percentage of 12th is 90plus . The average placement of this college is very good. The campus of kiet is small but good . The placement of computer science students is very good then other branch. Faculty of this college is very good, supporting and encouraging the students for study and extra work for placement. The maximum students of cse branch are placed in better company. Now from next year college can become autonomous . The admission process of councilling is better than direct admission because the scholarship is available for only those students who take admission by councilling. For direct admission students there is no scholarship.
