Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum inside my college is not that much good as it should because it implies only to theoretical knowledge. No real time applications are provided inside academic curriculum. Exams conducted in curriculum is in between 1.5 to 2 months of period.

Class Size: 75Course Fees: INR 60000 per year

Placement Experience

Not good as compared to other colleges in kolhapur. Our TPO brings us internship companies rather than actual placements. They are only aim to put as many photos on posters and banners whether they are placed in companies or they are in Institutes for internships

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees for each year of engineering is nearly about 1 lakh but the EBC scholarship is there and ?40000 is funded by that scheme. So overall fees should be paid by a student for a year is 60000 rs. Scholarship for hostellers is also provided by government through panjabrao deshmukh scheme.

Campus Life

It is very traditional. Not any such events that addresses modern culture. All the events are in official manner. No any enthusiasm towards that events. Sports are good, volleyball, kabaddi, football, cricket and many more sports culture are there.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel facility is at top of all facilities because it is very affordable and enjoyable.Rooms in hostels are very good to live. Appearance and maintenance is good as required. Meal quality is very bad.

Hostel Fee: INR 12000 per year

Admission

Entrance exam was MHT-CET, I have scored 72 percentile in MHT-CET and then I got the admission in this college. I have added more colleges better that this like KIT kolhapur, Walchand College of engineering Sangli etc. I got this college in second round.

YCCE College : My Experience

Placement Experience:

The placements are good in the YCCE college as compared to other colleges in Nagpur. From seventh semester the students are eligible for the campus reqruitments. The companies that offer placements in YCCE are Microsoft, TCS, Infosys, wipro, Persistent etc. The highest package is around 24 LPA and the average package is around 5 LPA. Around 70-80% students get placed every year in the college. My plans after getting the degree is to get a secure job and spent time with family.

college placements upto corona pendemic is very good but after that its affects our and other college palcements also but its better about 70% of student get placed . as per their performance in academics and skills . college bring very good package offer companies in first 6 to 8 months mostly and inbetween massrecuriter comes . and last 3 to 4 monts most of mass recuriter comes .

Placement Experience:

From 7th Sem, students are eligible for placements and undergo placement training. Many companies has visited so far but the big ones are Godrej, BEL, Framatome, etc. The highest package for mechanical was 7.5 LPA and the avg package was around 5 LPA with a majority of job roles as GET. Almost 95% students are placed. I'm preparing for GATE ME for higher studies

Placement Experience:

The placements in my college are pretty good considering the Fact that mostly its the Top 2000-3000 students from Maharashtra that make it to this college. The average Package offered in the college is Around 11LPA while the highest package last year was around 48LPA. The names of the Top companies that have recruited students from my college include Adobe, Amazon and Mastercard. The placement percentage from the past few years has been above 90%. My plans after getting the Degree is either to continue my Cricket Career as a Proffesional or to become a Commercial Pilot.

So the main reason that I took admission in this college is because of its relevance it is from 1983 so quit old college. The admission process of this college is pretty much easy so you have to go through the all process is that it's for every college like going from cat admissions then have to check the documents and submit them then pay the fees and you will get the admission so yeah it is pretty much easy. Another reason is my marks in mhtcet so I got around 72% and only applicable for this college which is best around those marks so I don't even had options to toggle on.....Read More

Life in the TKIET

I applied for several colleges around me, like KIT, DYP Bavda, but when I mentioned that to my parents they were too insecure for me to leave home and join hostel so they doesn't wanted me to do that.
