My College review

The college is among top colleges in Kolhapur. Also, the college faculty is very supportive and the infrastructure is also good with all the amenities. The admission process was very smooth through CAP round. The office staff is also very supportive in answering all the queries and concerns of the admission process.

My department was in computer engineering. I always had an interest in computers and applications so I chose this department. The faculty-student ratio is good with separate faculty for each subject according to their expertise. The faculty members are highly qualified with M.Tech and doctorate degrees. The teaching methods are very innovative and as per the current standards. Exams are conducted timely with the appropriate difficulty level to prepare students for the final exams.

The training and placement department is very supportive and provides continuous guidance until the placement as well as after placements. Almost all the top companies like TCS, Tech Mahindra, Infosys, etc. have visited the campus for placements.

Events like. Every year lots of Cultural events were there. I don't remember the names. But activities were like. Dancing, singing, acts. Apart from it. Robo wars. Robo race. Baha-baja SAE car racing. Paper presentation were there. Events related to science projects were also there. Technical Festival : INNOVISION It's a national level technical symposium, 2000 students participate from the different parts of country. Gandharva - Annual Cultural festival Department level Management Festivals to develop managerial skills.

Programs fees are aroud 4.8 Lakhs for a 4 year B.Tech course. Payment is generally accepted by Cash or Demand Draft. Fee breakdown is completely transparent. No hidden charges are taken. No additional charges are taken for securing admission. Complete transparency in admission is maintained.

Scholarship was there. Like for Economically backward group. I availed once in first year. I got 50 percent of education fee.

Life was really really good. Better than Someone expects from such colleges. For every subject specific lab is available with good quality equipments. To give knowledge of important principles of those subjects. Sport events were there for cricket, kabaddi, basketball, football, kho kho and so on. Robotics.Rd Roboraces were there during cultural events. I don't think someone did partiality in boys and girls. Everything happened smoothly.

Yes. Hostel facility is decent in reasonable fee structure. Rooms are available on basis of 3 Sharing. It's neat and clean, hygiene is maintained and daily cleaning is done by dedicated staff.It was with lot of good facilities. Like water purifiers. Generators. 24 hours water. Solar water. Security cameras. Staff for pantry services

We still have get-together every year. For aluminas. Network is still good. We have WhatsApp group we're we are getting notifications about events happening. Their photos. It keeps us motivating

Each subject holds more than 5 hours a week of classroom session, multiple practical sessions, Industrial visits and much more. The professors are highly educated, doctorate in technical subjects and average age lies around 35 years to the best of my knowledge. They are highly professional and experts in respective areas and are excellent communicator when it comes to teaching. Using various mediums for teaching makes it more effective. Some of the professors are rich in industrial experience and it's highly beneficial for students in practical aspects of the concepts.
