Course Curriculum Overview

The course I have chosen has huge demand abroad, which that means in Gulf countries and in India there is a placement for this field in refineries and petroleum extraction processes. The course is good but needs campus selection for college

When i was join this college throgh KCET, the government fee was 58000 and along with this they took building fees of 10000 and at the end of each semester they took exam fee. From 2nd year to final year they took 58000 fee and exam fee

Campus Life

Annual day once celebrated in four year during my time, All semester text books was available in library with eash accessibility, only drinking water fecelity was available during my time, poor focus on sports in this college

Admission

The admission process was ok but they sent us to three different places in one place we collected the application form, In other places of college we submitted the application form after filling that form and the college society was located outside the college where they sent us to fill it the college fees

Good College with Supportive Faculty and Decent Placements

Placement Experience:

Placements at RNS Institute of Technology are good. Students become eligible for campus placements from the 6th or 7th semester. Many companies visit the college, including IT and core companies. Some of the common recruiters include TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Accenture, and a few core companies for EEE. The average package is around 3 to 5 LPA, and higher packages are also offered for top-performing students. The highest package can go much higher depending on the company. Around 70–80% of students get placed, mainly in IT roles. For EEE students, core placements are limited, but there are good opportunities in software roles. The college also provides training and support for placements. After completing my degree, I plan to get placed in a good company and build my career.

Placement Experience:

Most of the students get placed from the campus placements. Students get eligible for campus placements from the fifth semester. Companies like HP, Infosys, Wipro come for recruiting and make offers from 3L per annum to 30 L per annum. Around 70 percent of the students get placed through campus placement. I plan on working for a dream company after completing my degree.

About my college

Placement Experience:

After completion of the course students are divided to teachers and the food industries are come to college and interview us and the student is eligible they can select. Some standard food related companies are visited nestle, ITC mysore , sulawines and some other companies also. The CGPA of the students is 7.5 or more is good below this also get selected but more than 7.5 is good. My plan is after completion of course then do work and get some experience in the industries and some of the time I am going to select a product and launch it over the world.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is very unique, and very new, we are not taught irrelevant subjects and topics like every university does, Polaris school of technology (PST) is a new gen college which mainly focuses on tech, producing the best engineers not amongst india but amongst the world, it's aim is to produce engineers who are better than IITians and MITians, all these specifications influenced me to choose this course/curriculum When it comes to real-world applications, Polaris school of technology(PST) gives us real-life problems and scenario based projects through evaluations which help us in the future and helps us to build a proper approach for problems and train us to be the best. We have two main exams per sem which would be conducted every 3 months that is ½th of the sem, we have a total of 8 sems, so total 16 exams, our exams would be difficult for other college students, but not for us as we have the best mentors.

SHAIKH TALKS

It is one of the premier Engineering institute in GLB. It has turned autonomous few years ago. It has a lovely big Campus with many streams to it. The different streams are Electronics, Instrumentation, Computer science, Civil, Electrical, Industry Production, Mechanical, Automobile, Cement and Ceramic technology, Architecture.
