Course Curriculum Overview
This MCA course is IT based and all the subjects in this course has all the languages like java python Android html css javascript, and these are the skills ar required for the better and secured future,so that's why I chose this course . This curriculum prepared me well for the real world appications. There are very few area of improvements in this curriculum that placement wise teachers must guide the students and give them the clear roadmap of the skills which they want to acquire. The timings of the exams are same as the college lecture timings.i.e.9 to 3,and the difficulty level of this faculty is preety difficult so students must study from the start of the sem1
Internships Opportunities
Internship opportunities are very good in our college,in my second sem I was doing an internship and my job role was testing but there is no stipend ,that intership was unpaid, I worked on some commercial website and my task was to write the test cases for it and I also did the testing process
Placement Experience
My college is the main campus that is Sinhgad budruk, and all the placements is done by our college, from 3rd semester students are eligible for the campus placements. Index 9, Capgemini, Accenture and like these, there are multiple companies visited for placements in our college and there were multiple offers made by them. A very good friend of mine has got 8 lpa and the profile was developer.the minimum percentage for getting placements is depend on the company, but u should have 65 % overall, and it is decent score to get placement. After degree my plan is to get placed in reputated company and plan for the secured and bright future
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees structure is like following: Open-100000 Obc-60000 Sc-st - 8000 The tution fee policy of all the category are different My complete cost of education is like 140000 My scholarship name is rajarashi shahu Maharaj mahadbt scholarship, and for other categories there are scholarships like Punjab rao. My job role is QA (quality assurance),in this role there is a responsibilities like testing the product with automation testing, writing the test cases and many more.and my stipend is currently 15000 .
Campus Life
My campus experience is actually very nice, the college area, infrastructure, and vibe is very good and I really liked it. Currently the technical festival named "hackathon"is going on in my college and it is very helpful for students, this technical festival is of 1 week. Our Sinhgad Library is very huge, and almost all the books are available there,so my overall experience of it was good There is a projector in my classroom,CCTV camera and clean benches for students and whiteboard available in my classroom Sports and extracurricular activities are also taken by our college, currently annual function 'KARANDAK' is going on in our college and there are multiple extra curricular activities and students are participating in it. There is a group called bright future created by our students for our social engagement,so that is very helpful and it has an impact in our life
Admission
Eligibility criteria for the course was to give the entrance exam of it that is MCACET. the application form can be available on official website of MCACET.and other information like application fees and dates are also available on the website.
