STUDENT REVIEW ON AISSMS COLLEGE OF PHARMACY,PUNE

I like the chemistry branch because I have completed my degree project in chemistry and all synthesis fields, as chemistry is the backbone of all specializations in including. there are 15 students in each specialization. the faculty is good enough and friendly. they helped not only in studies but help in studying systematically. they help in all the way they can and some of the teachers have written books also. The exams are held in 2 sessionals where all the syllabus is covered. they provide enough time to prepare for the exam.

As I already mentioned it's my first year so I don't know about internships but different companies came for the interview for the recruitment. But mast of the students get jobs with a 5-6 LPA salary in different sectors.

The fee structure is affordable. there are different fees for the different categories of students. The scholarship is also provided to the students where they are eligible.financial assistance is also provided by the college through internship. The placement facility is also available to the students through training and placements cells

there are different events such as cultural events, sports, avishkar for the different research ideas students can come up with. I am not too familiar because it's my 1st year so lots of things are not known to me . there is the availability of books in bulk, they also provide free journal and research article access in the college library. there is an Instrumental lab which consists of UV, IR, HPLC, HPTLC, FLAME PHOTOMETRY, ETC

The admission process occurs through an entrance exam, i.e. GPAT (graduate pharmacy aptitude test) There are different cutoffs for different categories like general, OBC, SC,ST , etc. Any pharmacy graduate student is eligible to take this test and the application form for this entrance exam will be released in February 2024. CUT OFF= UR(Unreserved ) : 96.181, GEN-EWS: 90.169, OBC-NCL: 90.517 , SC: 77.106, ST: 57.746 .
