Likes

Campus Life is very good you will feel like home
Clubs are very good and also sports facilities are very good
Seniors are very friendly and campus is absolutely ragging free

Dislikes

Bad infrastructure hurts sometimes when we see other iits
Open campus disturbs us and it's bad for safety
Administration of hostel are very bad they are hungry for taking fine from students.

Course Curriculum Overview

It's a circuital branch.ratio is around 4:1. Faculty here are very nice and standard which is the good part of top IIT's.exams here are chill if you study regularly and we have mid sem and end sem exams in a semester for every course.

Class Size: 160Course Fees: INR 100000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Internship opportunities are decent here if you are from higher branches it would be very nice but for lower branches you might have to see off campus.you have to get good cpi and develop some skills and have some projects for it

Fees and Financial Aid

Tution fees is 1Lakh per semester and around 35k for hostel and mess. Their are too many scholarships available which you can easily find on Google and also going to the scholarship department in the college. Also there is tution fee waiver on the basis of annual income

Campus Life

It's awesome it's like a family, despite of having less funding it's way better than other iit's.sports opportunities are also very good you can learn any sport you want, sac is there which provides many opportunities

Hostel Facilities

Mess food is good, quantity is also good and quality is just like any average mess also we have seperate Jain and South Indian mess for the students. Registering at hostel is also easy . I will not recommend for rented room or pg but if you want you can get at Hyderabad gate which is very close to campus

Hostel Fee: INR 35000 per year

Admission

Qualify jee advanced.online application form is available at jee advanced website, it opens after jee mains examination, also you have to qualify jee mains for applying in jee advanced. For a general candidate you have to get around 4.5k rank which was at 160 marks.i am from OBC category and I got CRL 9542 and OBC-NCL rank 2178, also I was closer of the branch in OBC category.

Placement Experience:

Form the beginning of very first year students are eligible for the campus placements. TCS, cognizant, wipro, are the some companies visited here. Highest package is 44 lpa in amazon which is off campus for software role. Placements % is quite medium if you are serious about skill then you will be get a path here to go ahead. Arround 60 to 70 is the placement % My plans after getting degree is to get a job.

GLA University Mathura is Great!

Placement Experience:

Average package at GLA University may range between 5-7 lakhs but one student has managed to get placements of 55 lakhs and that is still the record placement from GLA University campus Mathura. Around 70-75% students are placed every year but I will be preparing for GATE as my ambition are to be atleast post graduate if not a PHD.

Good for learning and Skill development

Placement Experience:

Mostly te 6th sem (3rd year) got eligible for campus placement. Amazon, Accenture, AVL India, Atlan and many others (about 900+) visited and made 4000+ offers. The ave. package is about 5.25 LPA and highest crossed 39 LPA. Above 60%+ got their placement and the persentage of students receiving multiple offer is about 32%. After degrre want to build a strong carrer and to contribute in the grouth of Bharat.

Honest Opinion on IIIT ALLAHABAD

Placement Experience:

From 4th semester, many students get into the internship and many gets further preplacement through it. The companies visted are google, atlassian, flipkart, qualcomm, samsung, phone pe etc. Highest package is 1.21CR per annum. Average package is 30LPA 90% students got placed. Private job is the plan after getting the degree. 90% students gets placed.

So entry in IIT BHU was through JEE ADVANCE. I gave the examination and got an All India Rank(AIR) of 7533. Then I had Josaa counselling where I had to select colleges according to my priorities. So one of the many colleges I filled was IIT BHU(4 Year B.TECH Chemical Branch). The distribution of colleges is purely based on your ranks. Higher rankers will be prefferd above you.
