Professors are highly qualified and attached with students.
Class room are good for 1st year students.

Dislikes

Canteen is very poor in this college, outside Shops also are not good
Dress code is bad decision we look like school kids
Campus area there is no place for enjoy in this college only 1 ground.

Course Curriculum Overview

Btech from IERT in comparison of other private colleges is very good for middle class people who not able to pay high fees. Faculty is very good in comparison to other colleges. All professors are highly qualified and in good contact with Students.Student per branch - 70 . You need to do self study very hardly to get pass because paper comes from aktu board and center goes to other college. Attendance issue till 1st year.

Placement Experience

Placement is mostly for CSE and EC students. But not focus on placement study hardly for gate exam or other government jobs like SSC jee, uppcl, ntpc... highest package -24 lpa CSE . Only few people get placements

Fees and Financial Aid

Fee structure 63000 + exam fees 7500 = 75000. One time fees submit. This factor makes this college very good and affordable for middle class people. You also apply for up scholarship but you need to prepare a lot pf documents for it. Scholarship is not confirm. So take admission on your risk not depend on scholarship. No Idea about placement because I'm in first year but instead of placements students clear gate in large number from here.

Campus Life

Campus life is boaring like school types... dress code is very bad decision.. you get 2 books at a time from Library. There is no fest for BTech students. But they enjoy at diploma section parties.. classroom are good for 1st year students..no sports and extra circulars activities is there .

Admission

Admission is mainly through jee mains exam and also direct admission be taken. If you given jee mains then apply for aktu counselling which shown on aktu official site in July month usually.. this year upto 10 lakh rank students get admitted in this college.. but for CSE you may be under 1 lakh. Direct admission also taken in this college but in lower branches..

Best College at low fees

Placement Experience:

the placement rate is was very good until 2000 2023 as it was 80,00,000 LPA was the highest package show in the campus but from 2024 and 2025 no placement data has been recorded and wasn't uploaded till now from the official site of the Kamla Nehru Institute of technology technology I don't know what the placement cell is doing on the behalf of the placement but it's on college it doesn't matter it depends on the strength of the student how well and how skill C has developed create his own carrier

The course curriculum is well structured and keep up with the evolving trends of industry. It balance Theoretical and knowledge and practical application, helping students build a strong foundation in core subjects like programming mathematics and engineering fundamentals. The curriculum Includ Laboratory session Projects and tutorials that enhance understanding beyond the textbooks It also allows students to choose elective in later semester which adds flexibility and depth to learn. In terms of revevance, most subjects are designed to align with current industry requirements especially in field like computer science and electronics the inclusion of emerging technologies such as ai data science and web development makes it quite comprehensive. However a few areas could be improved such as integrating more industry based project and updating some older Syllabus to match modern tools and frameworks. Overall the curriculum is relevant ,comprehensive and career-oriented providing a solid base for both higher studies and professional development.

Unfiltered review and reality of My College

Course Curriculum Overview:

This criteria for choosing the college was because of placements. The curriculum Is outdated and not as per the industry requirements. In 1st year we are taught only one language and which is of no use.... That is C. But in other universities, students are taught languages like java, C++, python in their 1st year. Teachers are good. I have no issues with them but I have issues with its curriculum. Exam are taken so much which are according to me good as they prepare as for university exams but as I consider placement point of view so students do not have enough time to prepare for their placements, learning new skills as we are supposed to study for exams otherwise we will have to attend extra exams and classes and will lose internal marks. So having many exams have both benefits and drawbacks.

Let's talk about IERT Prayagraj

There were better option like IET, Lucknow and private colleges in Noida but firstly I wanted government college and secondly near my home town. That's the best option was IET Lucknow but my score in jee mains that was 86 percentile didn't allow me to be in IET. And don't want to take a single drop for preparation. I cleared my 12th and gave April session JEE main exam. The admission process is very simple. After your JEE result keep eye on UPTU website for registration process. As soon as you register before counseling you will have option to choose list of your choice college. My score in UPSEE entrance exam was quite good to get any college in the state but I made a choice for iert because of its legacy, and here we got enough time to pursue our hobbies and to study for next exams like GATE, ESE or UPSC.
