Reality behind the most advertised AKS University

Faculty members are very qualified no doubt but they lack the ability of teaching, worship the faculty and you'll be fine if you cross them then they are going to make you suffer, exams are never on time as they extend the dates to collect more of late fees without giving any notification of exam form last date on official WhatsApp groups, instead they provide it on Ns2 which is hard to find.

Students are eligible to sit in campus placements from 7tg semester and the average placement package for mechanical engineering is 2-3lcs per annum, mostly the companies which require mindless labours and with low expectations are usually visit the campus, very low percentage of students are placed in well reputed companies i.e. around 0.2-0.3 percentage, I plan to open a Mechanical Work shop after getting the degree and persue MBA from a better college

Fees is high as compared to the quality of education and materials are they providing, there is no money provided for projects and research, late fees is very high and there is no notification of last dates of fees submission on the official WhatsApp groups, they provide notification on Ns2 thier official protal which is very hard to find. Scholarship program is very bad as the scholarship money is not on time, and they add late fees on EWS students too who are receiving scholarship and which is not in time

There is no annual fest it differs from course to course and if there is a fest then only the students of the same course whcih is conducting the fest is going to attend the fest, and there has never been a fest or any program for MECHANICAL ENGINEERING, books availability is good and they provide 6 months of issuing, rearely extracurricular activities take place on the campus or it they take place then it requires lots of connections to get in to those activities, there are no social clubs or student run website, I doubt if any of the students are even capable of making a website considering the education

Im not a student of B.tech Mechanical engineering at AKS University satna and I'm in my last semester of my course. The first tone and half year of course was online as there was restrictions of covid, from the 3rd year. I was thrilled to experience college life and my expectations were high as I had heard a lot about this college but my expectations bubble was popped as I started attending classes, teachers are very qualified but they teach you like they are providing you with dictation, they lack the ability to explain and to make students understand, they just provide PDFs and PPTs as study material of read it out from the books to provide you with notes, If you think of studying on your own instead of wasting time in classes that also is not going to work because marks are provided on the basis of you attendence, worst of worst students who are attending classes and know nothing about subject are going to pass the exam and who really have the knowledge are going to suffer.
