mostly i liked this college of its education purpose and well facility id lab and classroom.
next i like the sports and extra cultural thig that organized our college
next i like our fest, mostly annual is very interesting and fun able.

Dislikes

this college campus is mostly old fashion, and infrastructure is not well.
if you are a non hosteller then this college is boring for you basically for me.
the place where the college is situated , is nothing more crowdable.

Course Curriculum Overview

i choose this course for my large interest about this course and basically in computer. faculty : student ration is 1:20 our faculty are very well educated ,they are all first class in m.tech or p.hd. our exam is as simple as most other college held their exam. if you know the subject then you get passed.

Class Size: 80Course Fees: INR 360000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

our college fees is very low than the most of college . it around 360000, the amount of cost of study. my scholarship is swami vivekananda merit cum scholarship, yes i will get a secure job or internship with stipend.

Campus Life

our annual fest name is spadan, and tech fest is resonance. our fest organized in the month of april or may. our library have lots of bokks like journal, study material, gate exam pyq etc. all types of sport you may play in our college campus. and you may participate extra curicullam acivity that was very exciting and joyable. our college have one general secretary who leads all the club, social group etc.

Admission

you may elegible minmum 12th pass in science background to take the course. i find this application from joint entrance portal and application fees is 500/-. the reservations are like general,ews,sc/st. the admission process is very simple.

Story of hit

Placement Experience:

The campus placement from recently past years is slightly good . Like tcs infosys cognizant ibm Capgemini like companies comes every year with good placement and capsitech gives you internship from 3 year . From 7th sem you are eligible for campus placement in 2025 the avg package is 5-7 lpa and Highest lpa is 75lpa . My plan is getting good job in good company

Placement Experience:

7th semester is when the students get to sit for placements. I am not sure about the total no of companies visited but I am aware of the name of few companies like IBM Infosys Wipro Capsitech Tech Mahindra cognizant etc . Mostly the girls are 100 percent placed cause there is diversity hiring. Mass recruiters is what visit our campus mostly.. I personally would look for a job after graduation highest package offered displayed by college is 75 lpa but I don't think so it is real. Maybe someone had worked hard and got placed off campus. On campus highest isbi guess 12-14 lpa

Course Curriculum Overview:

- I choose Data Science as it is new to my college when comparing with the other branches. The curriculum is just okay it is not per industry standards but if students deep drives in each aspects then they are likely to crack GATE exams. - The whole curriculum needs and improvement from the very 1st Year and removal of irrelevant subjects like Discrete Mathematics, Electonics, Biology for IT branches are required. - Semester exams are conducted every 6 months and CTs are conducted every 2 months

NIT Durgapur:-A wholesome Insight in the college life and it's different aspects

Placement Experience:

For campus placements student become eligible from the 7th semester onwards and for internships student get eligible from 5th semester onwards. Wide no of companies visited our campus around 180+ and made around 580+ offers to the students. The highest salary was 58LPA which was offered by DE Shaw and the highest accepted salary was 51LPA in Microsoft.The average package rolls roughly around 10-12 LPA.The profile offered include SDE roles, management roles,finance in some cases.The overall placement percentage was around 80% with Branches like electrical and metallurgy moving above 90% followed by CSE and ECE in the mid 80s while for biotech and civil the placement percentage are generally below 70.My plans after getting the degree is to land a job offer from on campus placements.Therefafter maybe look out for and MBA from top B schools of india.
