Course Curriculum Overview
I chose b.tech because I want to become a software engineer. Student ratio is just like any other giod engineering college. There is less girls as compared to boys. Faculty is very good, almost all are phd holders. Exams were not as tough, but not easy as well. Se have exams almost every 1.5 month.
Internships Opportunities
I don't know much about the internship but my college provides internship in good companies, with stipend and training. Many are tech related, some are teaching related also. But the roles are good .
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees is not that much, most colleges have fees in lacs even in IITs and NITs. But in ZHCET fees is around 20k for a year which is very affordable. You can apply to government scholarship and private scholarship as well.
Campus Life
We have engineering fest called ZERF, which is held around Feb-March. There is a huge library at the campus which contain huge variety of books and reading space. There are most of the sports including football, hockey, badminton, swimming and even horse riding. My college have lot of clubs like robo club, underwater aviation clubs, drama clubs, etc.
Hostel Facilities
Hostels are good, but we have to live in annexe for first 6-7 months, due to unavailability of empty rooms. Dining is also cheap, but food is good. Menu includes both veg and non veg. There are lots of pg around the campus where you can rent a room.
