Course Curriculum Overview
I choose this one because the cut off provided by the college for different branch was only valid upto the electrical. Electrical branch of pantnagar is very best as the faculty here is the best as compared to all . Among 61 students 21 are girls and 40 are boys. All are very intelligent and the competition level is very high to beat anyone All the professors are PhD holders in their respective subjects.Teaching method is best, as they taught tutorial problems and good theory to make a student understand and can imagine the topics as good as possible. Exams are held between month to month as prefinals are held in between a month so as students can also focus in their studies side by side their extra curricular also. Exams are not so much tough for the students who focus in class . Passing ratio is good .
Internships Opportunities
Internships are also provided to the students in 3rd year mostly companies like tata Mahendra,wipro amazon flipkart bajaj etc visit every year Various kinds of projects are given to the students to complete and then submit as well
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees taken here is average as compared to other colleges. Being a general category student 1st year fees is around 1 lakh including all the facilities like hostel mess sports room water and electricity curricular art design etc Facilities are also very good Scholarships are also provided for the all 4th year students like NSP students fill this in all his year Various companies like Tata,wipro,amazonMahendra,bajaj etc comes every year
Campus Life
Very much amount of Annual fest are conducted here like colloseum and many type of branch events are held in every month. All kinds of books are available in a library and newspapers also as it is the one of the best in the our country. All amenities provided are well and good Sports fests and events are very good . Vivekananda swadhaya mandal ,yuva chetna parishad,engineering and technical society and many more are some of the social groups and clubs run by students
Hostel Facilities
Almirah, tables, bed,windows well floor is all good Meal provided 4 times in a mess is also very good ,mess also takes advices of students for changing the meal process. 22200 is registration fee for 1 year at hostel.
Admission
For this enginnering course one have to opt physics ,chemistry and maths as a main subject . One can apply through JEE entrance examination which is consist of 2 slots mains and advance. Application fees is 800 for general categ students. Reservation category gets benefit from the cut off list provided for different branches as they are able to get best branch. Yes admission should not be according to the category criteria as students who want to opt for good branch get lack of information and that sector.
