The environment of study is quite good, and activities around the campus keeps person engaged.
The sports area is quite developed and one can easily participate in sports he or she likes.

Course Curriculum Overview

After B.tech/BE CS if you want to pursue CS and there is no option then this is the BEST option to go for. Faculty ratio is quiet good. Faculties are well qualified and have better knowledge of their field. Exam pattern is sem-wise there are two cycle-tests and one final exam, it is not that difficult to clear those exams.

Internships Opportunities

There are several companies which have arrived were Top MNC and projects were basically based on either web Technology or Machine learning , you must have good knowlede of core subjects to clear that rounds. That's it.

Placement Experience

Till last year the placement ration was well known for MCA it was more than 95% but in current scenarion till date it is only 40% There are several companies visited and they have made quite no of offers too

Fees and Financial Aid

Tuition Fees is based on sem wise : Even sem: 55000+ and odd Sem : 45000+ There are number of scholarships except for General. There is one scholarship which is provided by ALUMNI to those students who avail good grades.

Pragyan : March Festember : September SportsFete : october NittFest, etc. There are several clubs for various activities such as Spider, ACM, AAYAM etc. There are multiple sports facility which is provided by the sport club.

Facility provided in the room : Tables chair Almirah, wifi , common area for socializing Meal qualiy is above average Registration Process is quite simple and seniors are quite helpful. There are several room available if someone wants to stay outside.

Hostel Fee: INR 17600 per year

Admission

We have to give NIMCET exam which is qualifying exam for MCA admission. You can search the NIT websites for application and fee for application is around 600-700. There are certain criteria of reservation which might change on yearly basis. It is pre provided by the NIT's also.

MCA is 2 years course after completing they 3rd semester they are eligible to attend the campus placements and the college providing 100% placement. Name of the companies like CTS, Capgemini, HCL, Hexaware etc... every studends can attend all the company but if one student got selected in one company means he/she not allowed to attend some other companies. Highest package 10LPA and Average package 3LPA. I have got selected in CTS its a very god exprience for me.

Placement Experience:

From the 5th Semester students are eligible for placements for this course. Top companies visiting NITT are Amazon, Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, Adobe, etc. The highest package is around 40LPA, the average is around 12LPA and the lowest IS is around 5LPA. Around 90% and above students are placed every year. The top roles offered are SDE, Data Analyst, Business Analyst, etc.

I am MCA student. Before two days I research on government school or private school. According to my information, in study point of view, private schools are good but fees point of view are not good because poor families cannot pay money for private facilities. According to my information, other facilities point of view private institutions good compare to government institution.
