Remarks

I am MCA student. Before two days I research on government school or private school. According to my information, in study point of view, private schools are good but fees point of view are not good because poor families cannot pay money for private facilities. According to my information, other facilities point of view private institutions good compare to government institution.

I attend TANCET exam my mark is 18 then select my college good for this exam. Maths. Science, English General knowledge questions Good Experience.

Course Curriculum Overview

Assessment is an ongoing process aimed at understanding and improving student learning. It involves making our expectations explicit and public; setting appropriate and high standards for learning quality; systematically gathering, analyzing, and interpreting evidence to determine how well performance matches those expectations and standards; and using the resulting information to document, explain, and improve performance.

Internships Opportunities

The Summer Internship Program is designed to provide young people an opportunity to spend a summer working side-by-side with some of the most talented scientists in the world in an environment devoted exclusively to biomedical research.

Placement Experience

The Association of Graduate Recruiters site contains advice, events listings and research results. The AGR run a bi-annual survey of the graduate jobs market, the results of which are published in the papers. The National Council for Work Experience is another great place to start. Step has over 10 years of experience in developing some of the UK’s most highly regarded, and paid, placement programmes. They have strong links with a variety of employers – from small businesses to multinational corporations - all operating across a multitude of sectors. Check out their website for further information. Interested? View the success stories.

College Events

3.5

Starbucks once had a slogan during the holidays that was perfectly fitting for the season: “It’s time for some jolly, by golly!” How true and accurate that sentiment still is. When it comes to the holiday season, countless tired and overworked Americans look forward to quality time with family and friends to eat, drink, and be jolly during the most magical time of the year. Many people are transported back in time to the innocent, nostalgic past when the excitement for Christmas morning was the best time of the year. Undoubtedly, the holidays are brim full of good cheer and memories. Our many colleges and universities offer community events, concerts, campus lighting and parties that are often free of charge and high quality and can add to the joy of the season. We have discovered the best college holiday events in the nation, both for students and the public.

Fee Structure And Facilities

For many prospective international students, the most pressing issue to consider – alongside meeting all the application requirements – is how much it will cost to study at their chosen institution. The tuition fees charged largely depend on the country in which you choose to study (visit our country guides for details). But if you really want to calculate the costs of studying at one of the world’s top universities, below is an overview of current fees for domestic and international students at the 10 top universities in the QS World University Rankings® 2015/16 – plus information about the chances of receiving financial aid.

Fees and Financial Aid

Few college-bound students have the financial resources to pay for their post-secondary education entirely out of pocket. Even students with substantial college savings plans typically find that they are left with sizable amounts of unmet need. The average total cost of attending a public four-year college is more than $20,000 per academic year. Students planning to attend a private college or university can expect to spend more than $30,000 per academic year. A college education is a costly proposition, and all indications are that those costs are only going to increase.

Campus Life

5

I graduated in 2011 from EEE branch. EEE was supposed to be difficult and with less number of qualified faculty it became more dry. Although there were some great professors like Dr. K K Ray, Dr. Sabberwal, Dr. Mathew, Dr. Sarvanakumar, & few more but apart from these rest all were just teachers (that too not good) not researchers. Research is what VIT should be focusing on now. Centers like TIFAC-Core is a great place for research for Electrical & Electronics students but mostly focused on automotive and embedded systems. Even most of the students are not interested in research but rather just get some passing marks and a placement. I have heard that recently a lot of branches at VIT have got ABET accreditation and branches like SITE and SCSE now have tie ups with Universities like MIT and Stanford and companies like NI, Schneider Electric & Microsoft which can help the research oriented students a lot.

Hostel Facilities

5

The mess arrangement of the hostel is compulsory for all the inmates without any exception i.e, no student is allowed to stay in the hostel without being a member of mess. When the hostels have excess demand for accommodation and is unable to provide accommodation to all the applicants, the students who find accommodation nearby may be permitted to have the mess facility by collecting full charges for that academic year with an undertaking from such students that they shall join the hostels as and when the hostels provide them accommodation. However, this number shall not exceed 25 at any time. Such students has to submit a separate request form in the format provided by paying the prescribed fee and submit the same to the office. Students should sign the mess joining register kept in the mess at the time of joining the mess. Service in the mess shall be between scheduled hours only & closed after lunch on every Saturday for maintenance. The Mess timings are as follows and the students should strictly adhere to these timings.

Alumni/Alumna

When choosing colleges, students put a high priority on finding the best academic programs for their field of study. While this is obviously important, another factor that potential students should consider is the alumni network at each of their prospective choices. Alumni networks do more than help fund Alma Maters; they become a professional and personal community to aid graduates in advancement throughout the course of their lives. With this in mind, the university or college one chooses for undergraduate, and post-graduate work becomes more than only a place to garner an education. It is also a place to build the foundation for their future.

Exam Structure

PTE Academic assesses listening, reading, speaking and writing all via computer in a single 3 hour test session. To complete a PTE Academic test, you will need to attend a secure Pearson test centre. You will use a computer and headset to listen to, read and respond to questions. During the three-hour test session there will be three main parts to the test: speaking and writing (together), listening and reading. There are twenty different question formats, ranging from multiple choice through to essay writing and interpreting information.

Admission

Let me tell you my story. But the case is totally opposite. I never got college of my choice but would like to share my experience. I was never a studious kid. Never studied with an intention to get into top college or university I always took studies as fun and learnt things for knowledge sake. Our education system demands us to stick to coaching institutions and burn mid night oil mugging all formulas just to clear a competitive exam be it state or national level and I never liked it, hence never studied with so needed dedication.

Are the learning outcomes measurable? The statements should specify what students can do to demonstrate their learning. Criteria for demonstration are usually addressed in rubrics and there should be specific examples of work that doesn’t meet expectations, meets expectations, and exceeds expectations. One of the main points here involves faculty communication – have all faculty agreed on explicit criteria for assessing each outcome? This can be a difficult accomplishment when multiple sections of a course are taught or different adjuncts are teaching. However, faculty should agree on what is assessed and how it is assessed.
