For BSc physics, you must be a PCM student who passed class 12th with at least 45% and obtained 45% in physics. The application form is available online on the university's website. It is 100 for the application form and for admission you will be charged according to your extra subject and the number of subjects which hab practicals in them. I don't think there is any relief in the admission fee for Reservation categories but for girls, the fee is slightly less than that for Boys.
