Infrastructure is so good and beautiful.
There's a lot of greenary and provide good facility nd
Some of the teachers and friendly,experienced and highly qualified

Dislikes

Sanitary facilities could have been better
Washrooms are not that clean and tidy enough

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose this course mainly because job opportunities and campus selection the college provides faculty ratio is good , qualification of the faculty is good term exams are okay not so hard and we can crack it easily

Fees and Financial Aid

Fee depends on the course you are opting to choose but at the same time its not too expensive and there's is a minimum time given to pay the fee no pressure on the students about fee and stuff can pay in installments as well

Campus Life

Their are plenty of books Available in our college and the students who are targeting for higher studies the books are very helpful for them and the students who are aiming to crack the defence related exams their are books for them also which is very helpful

Admission process was quick and easy ,there was no entrance exam for bsc cs course the college offers a vast variety of courses nd can find application form,fee etc once ur board exams are out by providing required documents

My Regret of joining St George School of Business.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Semester 4, my course included the concepts of Radioactivity which has been a fascinating topic for me, and wanting to learn that aspect pf chemistry was a reason that lead me to choose this course. the curriculum is not sufficient or up to date for current further academic pursuits. the course curriculum should include more scientific instruments commonly used in labs and the teachers could preferably be more positive with their attitude and create an atmosphere where learning is chased. where the teaching doesn't feel like they're just doing their job and finishing their hours by reading ppts off a laptop. the exams themselves are fair and well prepared. perfectly balanced to score based on how much you've learnt.

Placement Experience:

From final year the students can apply for the placements. At least 60% should be there to be eligible for the placement. Many companies provides placements in this college like infosys, Accenture, Mahindra and many more. The average package as per the company is 200000 per annum and the highest package is 700000 per annum. My plans after getting the degree is to go to abroad for my post graduate.

Placement Experience:

Usually there are placements in our college. If any student does not get a placement the faculty guide us what we can do next like the companies in which we can apply and how we can go further. In my course after finishing the bachelors degree you can further study masters it is available in our college itself or yoj can aplly for companies but if you do your masters you have a better opportunity and high posts for you better career. The course is of 8 semester you become eligible for campus placements in 7th semester. The last year that is seventh and eighth semester is basically practical and lot of projects provided. There various companies are seniors have applied and offered for example the genetic company in Bangalore that is Med gen. The highest package offered is 50000 and the average starts from 25000 placements in college. There is 75 percentage of students getting placements from our college. My plans after getting the degree is to go for further studies and do the masters after that i would like to do job along with my phd, this is my plan after getting my bachelors degree.

Life at IISc- Pros and Cons

Placement Experience:

Most of the students after completing four years, continue to stay here to get Masters degree after one more year and pursue PhD from world renowned institutions. Very few people (<7/100) per batch will sit for campus placements and most of them will be selected with a good annual package of 30000 at an average. Some students, mostly Physocs majors can give government exams like ICRB, GATE to join ISRO and BARC as scientists

The application process was fine . there was no entrance exam...., fees process was also good .
