Course Curriculum Overview

I chose this course as English was my favourite subject and it is the most common language used across the world. There are approx 15 students per teacher. Teachers here are highly qualified and have brief knowledge about their subjects. They teach through presentation, pdfs etc. Mid term exams, vivas, and class tests are held timely.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 80000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees structure is affordable but little costly. Scholarships are provided on the basis of 12th marks, government scholarship or sports quota. Scholarship from 25? to 100? are provided to the students according to their strength.

Campus Life

Annual fests are held every year in the month of February to April named 'Amiphoria’. All the classrooms have the installation of A.C and smart board. The library is big and includes a lot of books for different courses. Each week some or the other events take place in the campus like DJ, Bizz Fiesta etc. There are sports activities conducted by students. Recently held is Sangathan.

Admission

I have got direct admission in the college on my 12th marks basis. Scholarship was also provided for students who secured more than 75% in their 12th board marks. No improvement needed as the teachers there are very helpful and they are always available for us during admission time.

The placement oppourtunity is very low as only rare companies visits our college and tgey select only few students and gives tgem the opportunity to work with them due to which maximum students faces employment difficulty. The rate of placement is only upto 20-30% .

I has a vision to study English from the very beginning. I wanted to study English since i was good at English and also the most important thing was me being an isce student upto class 12 which inculcated a strong English base in me English as a subject is very vast. As the world is heading towards modernisation English has become a very important thing. Gossner college has good English professors and also i heard a lot from most of my seniors that gossner college has best English faculty. The frequency of exam is 2 exams per semester where the portion tought in the syllabus is asked and it's not very easy and not very tough too
