I took UPTU entrance examination in which I scored 376 marks out of 600 and on the basis of this entrance I took admission. I took this perticular college because of the facilities and faculty for mechanical engineering (my branch) which is very good in this college. I took admission through UPTU counseling.

Course curriculum and syllabus for mechanical engineering is just too interesting,and what make it more interesting is the dedication and interest of the faculty in teaching the subjects of mechanical engineering a detailed description is given of different engines and automobiles in the mechanical engineering.

I am in 3rd year and in my university the internship is compulsory after 3rd year, so I have not done internship yet. Internship of 1 month is compulsory after 3rd year.

Placement opportunity for CS and IT are more than mechanical and other core branches. Yet for mechanical many good company like wipro, tech Mahindra, TCS etc. come to recruit mechanical engineers. Avg. Package is 3 lac per annum and highest package is 10-12 lacs.

A technical fest is held in the month of November in which many projects are made for exhibition, quizzes are held to increase the knowledge of students. Thousands of students participate in many other activities of technical fest. I parcipated in the technical quiz. A college fest is held in April in which cultural events are held.the participation is same as that of tech Fest.

First year fee-1.17 lac, Second year fee-1.04 lac, Third year fee-1.02 lac, Fourth year fee-1.02 lac. In these tuition fee is almost 90000 and other fee for library, book bank etc.

Any loan facility is not given by college but many scholarship are given by college on the basis of merit. Every year every student which score more than 70 %,is given a scholership of 1000 ruppees per 1% above 70%. Except this other scholarships are given for research programs.

Gender ratio is almost 1 i.e. equal number of boys and girls. There is no intolerance with regards to gender workshops are held almost every week for differt topics no religion intolerance. Economic status is very good, Campus is very big and eco. Friendly a good canteen is there in the campus robotics competition is held in the technical fest.

Hostel rooms are good, they are clean and well furnished. Room for 2 and 3 members are available. Seats are about 70-80. Seats are filled very early. Avg. Rental is about 72000 per member of the room the food of the mess is just OK, it's not so good but O

The bonding between senior and junior students is very good. Seniors helps and give good advices to the juniors whenever it is needed. They work collectively in workshops and research programs.I had many interaction with seniors, I fact in my first year my roommate was a senior (3rd year student) in a private hostel near the college.
