IIT at its best

I'm interested into civil engineering as it has a wide range of govt jobs and also core sector jobs. The faculty to students ration is around 1:10 The faculties are much qualified with mtech and PhD holders also gate rankers. Exams were little bit tough side but one can pass it through doing regular classes and revision even 1 hour a day it's more effective.

The companies visited are cognizant,Infosys, Qualcomm, LnT, Indian oil, jio, tata motors etc also they provided internships with stipend in around 30k. Roles are Provide group work Assist during meetings Attend company functions etc The project's and outcomes are Data entry Social media analytics Market research Event planning The projects and outcomes to clarify tasks are

The in campus placements was really awesome as the highest package was 89lpa and average package is around 23.9 lpa... Also one can go for off campus placements in some situations like there cgpa was not that much to sit on placement... Recently visited company was Qualcomm, Infosys,LnT, Indian oil, Philips, cognizant etc. Percentage placement was appx 89% And my plan after getting the degree is to guide students who are in preparation phase of jee.

Fees for general category students is around 1.83 lakhs The College provides scholarship through NSO portal to the obcs scs and sts. So it's quite easy to afford through scholarship. I'm currently at 1st year so I didn't got any job yet.

The life at campus was totally enjoying also the fests are awesome. We enjoyed and danced a lot also participated in the fest at various competitions such as drama singing sports n all. The clubs are totally worth it of joining as it embarks skills on you to fir for your future.

There are one room for 3 persons and there were two lan ports 5 charging ports also 3 windows and two big wardrobe and two small wardrobe... The mess food was good above average and menu was nice as it suits most of the people Registration was quite easy for us and it's affordable also with provided scholarships

So basically as I came to IIT for btech... It take entrance exam called as the jee mains and jee advanced. The admission process was quite simple as you have to pay for you hostels and mess also your course fee online from home. When it comes to apply for jee mains and advanced be aware of the application form issuing during the month of November or December . And cutoff is nearly for jee mains around 89%ile and 85 marks for advanced
