Course Curriculum Overview

The faculty of the college is good. they are focused on overall development. As the ratio of faculty-student ratio is good. The terms and exams are scheduled according to the guidelines of the Utkal University.

Internships Opportunities

The companies are mostly Government companies like OMC, NALCO etc. The roles are mostly of accounting, marketing or Human Resources. The stipends may vary depending upon the market condition. The internship opportunity is provided to all the students.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee for a year is Rs. 90,000. It can be broken down into Rs. 45,000 per semester. As BCom and BBA degrees are of 3 years. The total would be around 270000 with a amount of 24,000 as admission fees (it's one time)

Campus Life

There are regular arrangements of events. The library has every that you need and the latest journals published. Annual sports day is held every year to encourage all the sports enthusiasts of our college. There are 4 clubs Literary Club, Entrepreneurship Club,Finance Club, and Quiz Club students take part in all these clubs and show their active participation

Admission

The admission process for the Bcom students is through the govt. portals and BBA students can show up their interest and have at least 65% in their 12th for getting admission in DSBM. There is no such entrance examination for admission.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I had taken commerce when i was in the college and the curriculum is very easy but some time its get borring because there are few subject are there where the teaching that the teacher is giving is either going above the head or not understable because those some subject have no use in the daily life and that are not usefull.

Value for Money Education in Rourkela

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum of B.Com under Sambalpur University covers important subjects like Accounting, Business Law, Economics, Management and Taxation which are essential for future studies and careers in finance or commerce. My Experience at PN College: Campus Life, Cources, and Everything in Between

Placement Experience:

In our college, final-year students are eligile for campus placements. While i don't recall the specific companies that visited, one of my friends interviewed with Axis Bank and got selected with a package of around 2.4 lakh. The exact percentage of students are placed and details of average or highest packages are unclear to me, but the placements process provides opportunities of those actively seeking jobs. After completing my degree, I plan to pursue an independent career rather that seeking a traditioinal job placement.

My great knowledge in maths influenced me to choose this course. The practice and love towards the maths subject help me to prepare for real world applications. My goal and i would like to work as a cost accountant..so for this purpose i have choosen this course for study because without degree and knowledge in commerce i have not achieve my goal. In our course the ratio of facility and student is 7:250. Our faculty is well educated and completed all the qualification required to became a professor in college and also awarded from our President of india.. Teaching style, method is very much easy and clear. Every students can easily understand the overall study course. Thr term exam is conducted in 3 month and overall 2 exam is conducted in a semister..1st term exam is 20mark and it is very easy to score the mark but 2nd or final semester exam is 80mark and it is little difficult to score more marks as compared to 1st term exam..

Positive is there are many trees around the campus but the negative one is there is no proper boundary wall for the campus, anyone can jump through the wall and can get inside or go outside of the college campus.
