SOIT RGPV - The 241 acres campus which doesn't even have a single canteen in whole college

I chose this course because I was interested in studying about AI & ML . Faculty : student ratio is quite good enough (approximate 79:5) as I heard in my orientation as there are many less no of students in our each batches. Our faculty is quite highly qualified because they get a very decent good enough salary and they treat you very well and explain topics in very simple language. Our term exams conducted are little bit late than other colleges and even UIT also .

7th semester students are eligible for campus placements . Cognizant , TCS , infosys , Accenture , Tech Mahindra and many other companies appear to give campus placement Highest package offered was 44 lpa as SDE-1 software engineer in amazon but it was off campus . Average package of our college is 5.2 lpa accurately. 62% os students were placed from our college as many students prepare for further studies after completing their degree from our college as told by our seniors of 3rd year . 2.5Lpa was the lowest package offered . I am planning to pursue for further studies after completing my degree from SOIT rgpv .

There is no fees hike policy in our college as much as i know about . Because our seniors also paid same fees as us. There are lots and lots of scholarships available in our college for reserved candidates (OBC , SC & ST students) where they only have to pay Rs 5300 at time admission which includes Rs 500 1 semester fees and another Rs 4800 as Bus fees . There is also Medhavi Chhatra Yojna available for General category also in which Rs 1.5 lakh help is provided to student having more than 75% in MP Boards and 85% in CBSE boards.

There are only few fest conducted in our college like Mahasangram ( sports annual fest) , Vishvesarya Freshers fest. Also many respected and important people like an IAS officer , Nasha Mukti kendra , NGO Aarushi for disabled person , appeared as guest in our orientation program held for 20 days . There are lots of books and journals available in our library , automatic sliding doors , 3 floor with an enormous big hall , everything is just amazing about our library . Our KRC(Knowledge research centre) is also very awesomme , has many computers available for students with high net speed. Amenities in classroom are of low quality a bit , fans are not working in few classes , they still have black board in every class , only 1 single smart class . Nodal football , kabaddi , cricket and lots of sports competitions are held day to day in our college. But the sports complex remain closed . GDSC , Phoenix Rgpv, Infinity racers, Bhopal Dao and many more clubs are active

1.(a) Very poor facilities provided in hostel rooms . You have to share rooms with 2 more students . (b). There is only 2 bed provided in hostel rooms , the 3rd person in hostel room have to bring their own gadda or bed. 2.Meal quality is good because we have many tifin options , Rs 2900 monthly for tiffin which gives food 4 times a day 3.Registration process for hostel is quite easy but it's a matter of luck whether you will be allotted a room or not , Because many less no of rooms are allotted to students . 4.Rented a hostel in Gandhi nagar bus stand area , Karishma PG , Narmada PG , Reliable boys hostel , BM Boys hostel , all within 3 Kms of college

You have to get minimum aggregatte 45% in class 12th in PCM to be eligible for SOIT. You are only required to fill up JEE form which is available on NTA website. I didn't availed any reservation benefits as I am of Gen category , but you get Medhavi Kshatra yojna ifyou have more than 75% in MP and 85% in CBSE boards . None improvement required in admission process . It was quite smooth for me , I have to admit admission department faculty and administration faculties are very humble . Even our Direct Jitendra sir comment on our LinkedIn posts praising our small achievements
