Course Curriculum Overview

I've chosen Computer Science and Engineering with an Internet of Things specialisation as it is one of the emerging technologies and the future scope is bright enough! Coming to the faculty, this college has Professors, Associate Professors and also assistant professors. The core Subjects are taught by professors only.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 55000 per year

Internships Opportunities

From III-semester, it is mandatory to complete at least one virtual internship for all the undergraduates. Certificates for the internships completed will be provided by AICTE- EDUSKILLS. The maximum duration of the internship will be around 8 weeks.

Placement Experience

The Training and placement cell of Vvit is Finer. But due to the recession, this year's placement is a little low, irrespective of the situation training and placement cell is trying to get as many placement drives as possible.

Fees and Financial Aid

I'm from the 2020 admitted batch. Fees During my time tuition fee was 55000/- per annum and the bus fee, life skills fee, and books fee were around 30000/- per annum. Coming to the Scholarship, I received full fee reimbursement.

Campus Life

Life at VVIT is so colourful! Not only studies, in VVIT there are various clubs to join such as dance club, art club, music club, animation club, theatre club and many more. Every year on Dec 21,22 VVIT Fest will be conducted and on Dec 23 annual day is conducted.

Admission

To join VVIT College you need to clear EAMCET with a minimum cutoff. Cutoff marks will vary with the course you want to take. For Computer Science and Engineering, the maximum cutoff is around 6300 and for IT it is 16900. Whereas for Mechanical engineering the cutoff is around 80500

Course Curriculum Overview:

The best and for some it could be worst part also , it doesn't matter whether you're a mechanical engineering student or EEE or CSE you should have to learn every single programming language from C to python including DSA and cloud computing which will help you to switch your career easily if you want. but however at the same time the mechanical students feel stressed alot. because they have to study their own field subjects which are not easy at the same time they have to clear the programming languages which are completely different from mechanical subjects

Placement Experience:

If I talk about my branch, as per my knowledge from 6th semester onwards the students can sit in the placement run. The college offers placement training with individual of expertise from that respective subject. Many top companies visit the campus to list out, AWS, INFOSYS, JMAN, TCS, IBM are some if them. More than 50 lakhs package is secured. The average lies around 4 to 5 lakhs per annum. The percentage of students getting placed varies from branch to branch and for some branches it's 100%, the average package for them would be 3 lakhs per annum, and the highest goes around 12 lakhs per annum. Students can apply off campus if they didn't get placed.

Honesty at it peaks.

We should complete the intermediate with 60% marks and should qualify EAPCET exam. We should score atleast 40 marks to qualify for the exam.
