Remarks

The college management is average. Often the requirements of students are not heard until some consequence is faced. If you are taking admission here you need to prepare to fight hard for placements

Entrance Preview

I gave the IIT JEE and scored 80 marks,i got into this college by college level counselling,i opted this college due to infrastructure

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

The course structure is prescribed by RGPV. Thr course here is not of a practical approach but more of a theoritical approach. The course has 5 subjects per semester along with 4 practical subjects and is divided into 8 semesters. The course could be rated to be of moderate difficulty.

Internships Opportunities

No,the college does not provide internships. They offer a gap between semesters stretching to two months for the internship to be done by the student

Placement Experience

2

Placements and Job opportunities are multiple but they are generally not concerned with the field of your study. You will get a lot of companies hiring but the posts are not satisfactory plus the package offered are also not sufficient to survive at the locations where jobs are offered. Highest package - 4.5 LPA(off-campus) companies like TCS and Capitalvia recruit but opportunities are limited

College Events

2

There is a cultural fest every year that is conducted on the premises of the college and is majorly organized by the college management. There is a tech-fest every year for the students to come up with challenges that relate to their field of study. Many competitions with prize money to be won are conducted. There is an annual sport meet every year which is an intercollege competition

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure of the college can be termed as expensive in the view of the placements and facilities. The fee structure is close to 1 lac per annum.Bus facility is optional and that therefore is an option to save on fees if you live anywhere nearby,Scholarships for Backward caste is also offered upto 28000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

I have not personally taken a loan and i dont think the college provides loan facility its a personal decision. The scholarships are offered by the college that are funded by government and are for backward caste students

Campus Life

3

The campus life is good. There are more number of male students as in comparision to female. But that ratio is also depended on your branch. There is wifi facility in the campus but the access to the wifi is a lengthy process. There is no discrimination as such in any basis. I did not had an experience of ragging in the college

Hostel Facilities

3

I have not personally experienced the hostel and mess because i am a localite here but for my friends residing in the hostel they have told me that the food taste is average. It may change because the contract keeps changing almost every year or sooner. The hostel is also not too facilitated only basic facilities are available. Students prefer to rent a flat as the rents of flats nearby are quite less

Alumni/Alumna

Yes, the seniors are quite helpful and friendly upto the level they could manage. They can provide good guidance with the experience they had

Exam Structure

There is a mid semester exam exactly at the mid of the semester followed by the Pre University tests just before the university exams. There are small assessments that keep going on throughout the semester and There are internals that prepare for the practical examinations

Admission

I went on with the online counselling by dte then presented the allotment letter at the college along with documents like my marksheets ,domicile certificate,Character Certificate and TC. Along with 5 passport size photos and also full fees of the first semester

Faculty

3

The faculties of the college are willing to help with the atmost knowledge they have, but new technologies and programming skills have to be learned from some other institute that offers short term courses. Faculties are commited to work for the betterment of student but need student involvement in return

Course Curriculum Overview:

i would rate the curriculum around 5 or 6 out of 10. i chose this course mainly because of the computer and coding subjects. the syllabus is mostly theory based and many topics are not very useful for current industry needs. practical classes and real projects are also limited. more coding, projects and updated technologies should be added. exams are frequent during the semester and the difficulty is mostly average but sometimes checking feels strict.
