I liked the behaviour of our faculties they are very supportive to the students they always take stand of students
The campus i like very most . It is large and huge greenish.
I like the co curricular activities which are held inside the university

Dislikes

University is far form the residental area
Students have to travel more about 15_20km daily
The timing of our classes are from 10am to 4pm

Course Curriculum Overview

I chose this course because I want some other technical degree rather than engineering so I decided to choose BSc. hons. agriculture and as we all know the demand for agriculture will be increasing day by day. The faculty's student ratio is also good, the faculties are very supportive. All faculties are p.hD. There are 2 exams held in a semester. You have to prepare well for the examination to pass.

Class Size: 70Course Fees: INR 60000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee for a BSc. hons agriculture course is 60000. There are government scholarship schemes. And if you want to stay inside the campus then you have to book the campus hostel room. The charge for a non-ac room is 12000 per month and the AC room is 14000.

Campus Life

There are many functions held inside the campus. When you first come the freshers' party is given to you then there is also a DJ night for the students. There are 3 or more libraries inside the campus and you will get all books. Sports meets are organized.

Admission

The eligibility of course is that you should have a minimum of 60 percent in your 12th board with physics, chemistry, Math, or Biology. You can find the application form on the Galgotias University website. The admission process is simple.

In this semester about 120 students is found campus placement. IRRI, IFFCO and many private and government companies visit in my university. Highest package was given 85 lacs per year. Placement Experience:

When the students come in the last semester which is the 8th semester then only they are eligible for campus placement. There are a number of companies that provide placements. I don't know about the package since I had not faced any interviews till now for the placements and about 40 to 50% of the students get placement. After completing my course if I get any good University for Masters then I will go for that and if not I will prefer to do a job.

I got offer from Indian Institute of Technology Patna for pursuing Bachelor's of Science in Computer Science and Data Analytics. I studied there for 1 year and completed my Foundation degree and then left it as there was not much exposure due to the course being hybrid. The admission process for Galgotias is either having a valid JEE MAINS score or a good percentage in class 12th. The merit list is made on the basis of percentage (most students are selected).
