The eligibility for the bachelor of commerce is that you had to paas in 12th and nothing much. Student can find forms, fees, etc. in college's website. From there students can apply for the college. The eligibility of the course is 12th pass out mandatory. I found the application form from college navyug kanya mahavidyalay college. I don't know about reservation benefits.
