Life changing journey

No. Nothing any bad remark about college but I think they should enhance the network for campus interview.

I am selected on my hsc board exam merit for this college. I chose this course because of i also belongs to rural background and farmer family.

The course structure is very good. There are 8 semesters in the degree course. First 3 yrs means 6 semesters are taught in college including small industrial visit, apmc visit, and agro-tourism center visit. The last year of the degree is the fully experiential programme and rural agri-work experience programme. Which is full of field work.

College does not provide any kind of internship but the last year of the degree is fully experiential learning programme.

As the campus and teaching faculty is good. There is recruitment department head helps for job interviews. The college network for campus interview is little bit of weak. So the result of the campus placement of the students is quite low. So i'll suggest to improve the campus interview.

There are several events and cultural festivals are celebrated in the college. The sports event cultural festivals like traditional day and also western culture day like friendship day, chocolate day are celebrated and also the celebration of annual day in which lots of fun and enjoyment is there.

On that my time the annual fees of the college was near about Rs. 55000/- For the SC ST and NT students there was only the registration fee for the college. For OBC students there were half the amount of college fees and for the Open caste students they should pay the complete amount of the college fees.

On my time there was a provision of scholarship for the SC, ST and NT students and for the economically backward students of open caste student there was a provision of EBC.

It was a fantastic campus life for me in the Akurdi. The infrastructure of the campus and the environment over there was full of enjoyment. There is also the celebration of the each and every festivals. There is nothing any kind of religion issue or something else. All the students live their life very happily.

The college hostel is a bit of expensive so I chose to live in private boys hostel on the cost basis. In akurdi there are lots private hostels for boys and girls, the cost basis rooms are also available. There is also the paying guest system and flats are available on rent.

The senior students network was very good. They are fully in touch after the completion of the degree. They also helps to juniors for getting jobs.

There are theory and practical examination up to a 6th semester of the degree course. The 7th and the 8th-semester exam is a presentation of the project which was completed in chosen project module. The government college board examiner came to supervise exam.

I applied online for this course. After hsc result declared the admission notification released. I collected all the required documents for the admission process and then i applied and submitted the form. Also i sent my documents copy to ARC centre for verification. Then as the merit list released i selected in first merit list on my good percentage.

The teaching faculty of my college was very good. There is highly professional teaching faculty in the college. The professor's of various subjects like economics, marketing, processing, are too good. Not only the qualified teaching staff but also the nonteaching staff is also good.
