Remarks
Dr.D.Y.Patil College of Agriculture has necessary facilities and the faculty and staff is also very good at the teaching. As it is also a very good private college for Agriculture course; it is also very close to those from kolhapur district.
Course Curriculum Overview
I think out of many courses I would prefer Agriculture course as per me because this course plays great importance in its role in helping farmers and improving and innovative in agriculture field. As also 14%of total Indian GDP is dependent on farming.
Internships Opportunities
As a first year student i don't have much idea of about internship process, for more information should contact faculty.Every year few selected interns are send to Israel for internships and also as exchange students in the hopes to share our knowledge in Agriculture field
Placement Experience
As I am only in first year, I don't know many things about company visits, but Agriculture course has many opportunities like in research field, government jobs, farming, agri tech industries, and also in competitive exams.
College Events
As our College is one of many colleges of D.Y.P group many times the function and festivals are performed on lager scale and it celebrates every festival, also there are many cultural activities for increasing interactive activities.
Fees and Financial Aid
I don't know anything about loan availability, or scholarship particularly but i do know that there is availability of scholarship.
Campus Life
Our College has proper classes, library, playground, gym, farms to perform practical activities, labs, hostels, etc; they provide 20 mb daily internet to browse news, College also provides bus facilities for those from city.
Hostel Facilities
There are two hostels, where there has every facility, suchs as rooms, beds, bathrooms, eyc, also has wi fi upto 20 mb for daily browsing of news. Hot water facility is provided, hostel has time regulations and strict rules.
