Course Curriculum Overview

Electronics and instrumentation have a great scope over cement, oil and gas,mineral industries so I was so interested in Electronics and instrumentation department. The student ratio was good in the college. The faculty was good at teaching and exams were helpful to improve students' performance.

Class Size: 50Course Fees: INR 120000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure was about 1 lakh 30 thousand per year in 2017 and now the fees have increased drastically. There are scholarships and other schemes in college and we can get details with the faculty in reception.

Campus Life

There are many cultural events that happen in college frequently which will have the students engaged with college. A Big library with a huge collection of knowledge-sharing books is available on the college campus for students. Sports like cricket, Handball, Football and kabaddi are also available with good teams and coaches.

Admission

Eligibility of the course is Bachelor of Engineering with a score of 80 per cent. The application form will be available in the official website and the application charges will be mentioned in the college website

A review about KARE

Placement Experience:

In my college placement start from 7th semester, students get eligible to sit in drives. Many companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro and some core firms visited and gave good no of offers. Highest package was around 10 LPA and average near 4.5 LPA depending on profile, mostly software dev, testing and few core engineer role. Around 70% students got placed last year, rest go for higher studies or other prep. My plan after finishing degree is to first try campus offer then aim for higher studies if I not satisfied. Overall placement is decent but still more core companies should come.

LIFE AT VIT

Course Curriculum Overview:

ECE is a core subject in the upcoming technologies like the semiconductor field etc. which is why I chose this branch. VIT has a lot of labs and equipment that enables a person to learn and grasp practical knowledge faster. The teaching methods include using a PPT and using a white board . Sometimes flip classes are done when students explain topics. The 2nd open book test is the toughest in difficulty level when compared to exam 1 and the final test.

I didn't apply for any colleges as i want to study in Jeppiaar engineering college. I got offers from rajalakshmi engineering college but it was very far for me so i went to jeppiaar engineering college for my dream to be fulfilled. Admission process will only be done in the addmision front office there will be Ram for guiding you and collecting fees where they will give receipt for your payment.
