Student friendly and industrial exposure

Gave interview in the college. Chooses the course because of my need of skills to continue my family business. The interview was around 10-15 minutes. It had questions which tested the aptitude, communication skills and the subjective knowledge of the student.

The course structure is up to date with the current requirements in the industries. The course is aligned with many case study analysis prepared by the faculty and industrial visits for industrial exposure. There are also many cultural events held like a sports competition, college fest and international conferences

Yes, the college provides internships. The corporate resource center keeps the students up to date with the company names and the job description of the company. The process starts around 2 months before the internship period . The interviews are conducted either in the college premises or the students are sent to the company office. Stipend varies from Rs.8,000-Rs.12,000

The placement track of the university is very good. Last year almost 96% of the students got placed after completing their course. The placement process starts with the commencement of the final semester and the corporate resource centre stay connected with the students and keeps the students upto date with the companies coming for placement drive and the job description given by the company

The college hosts an annual college fest. The college hosts various sports and other countries co-curricular events. The college provided with industrial visits for an exposure industrial exposure to the students. The college also hosts international conference where many delegates from various fields present their research papers and the students also get a chance to present their research paper under the guidance of a faculty

The fees structure seems to be quite affordable for most of the courses but is quite high for courses like b.arch but the college helps in getting education loans for the students who are not capable of arranging the finances. The fees has to be paid in various proportions semester wise.

The college provide scholarship on the following basis:- 1:- on the basis of Haryana domicile 2:- on the basis on marks scored in 10+2 3:- the students also get scholarship on the basis of the marks scored in the previous semester

The gender ratio is almost equal. The environment is also friendly and connecting with both Students and teachers. There are students from various parts of the country and also from other countries as well. The university has a very good locational connectivity through rapid metro and other public transport s, the college even has bus routes for different parts in Delhi NCR. The student crowd is also very healthy and there is no single case of ragging or other illegal activities since many years

The college have 2 hostel buildings, 1 for boys and the other for girls. The accomodation is on triple sharing basis. The hostel has 24/7 backup and WiFi facilities for the students. The hostel also hosts many different activities and events apart from the college events. The mess food is hygienic and is of good quality

Many alumni are still connected with the existing students and teachers. They share their experiences of both the college life and the work life with the students and teachers. The senior students also provide support to the juniors in cases where the juniors don't know whom to approach/contact for a certain work or issue

The exam structure is well organised. Exams take place twice every semester in the form of mid term and end term exams. Students are marked on the basis of internal evaluation and the expernal evaluation. The results are declared within a period of 15-30 days after the completion of exam. The students have the option of re-appear and re-evaluation of their exams

Firstly I filled the registration form online. The college personal contacted me and booked my interview time slot. When u went to college all my documents were cross checked and verified and compared with the eligibility criteria. After verification a faculty of the university took my interview. The result was declared after 20-30 mins of the interview and I was given time to confirm my admission

The faculties are well qualified and experienced in their respected fields. Many faculties have an industrial background. Most of the faculties are doctorate or on the verge of becoming doctorate. The teaching style adapted by the faculties through presentations, case study analysis etc really helps in understanding the topic
