Remarks

As the number of students intakes are increasing the place is falling short. The college needs to think about this. The infrastructure needs to be taken care of. And liitle bit more push on the placements department.

Entrance Preview

I wrote CAT and MAT. I wanted to move to Bangalore or Mumbai for studying my post graduation because of job availability. And while researching through internet I had found had found out some colleges one of them being IFIM. Yes there was a three round interview process. I had done my grads in accounting and finance. Following that i wanted to do my post grads in Finance from a good B-School.

Course Curriculum Overview

PGDM was really good. Practical learning was focused on by case based learnings. The institute has a different research department. We in the curriculum also had to do a research.

Internships Opportunities

Yes the college provided internship to the students. The college provided 90% out of it. Good number of companies came in for this process. And almost 20-30% of it are convertable too. Average stipend amount being 10000/month.

Placement Experience

Its still going on. Till now around 30-35% students got placed. Major companies being- Delloitte, Nestle, Moodys, PWC, HDFC, Federal Bank, etc. Average package being 5-5.5 lacs.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees structure is little high. It was 9.5 lacs for the 2 years PGDM and 10000/month for hostel. Amount (INR) Registration Fee (Non-refundable) 50,000/- On acceptance of the provisional admission offer Tuition Fee First Installment 3,00,000/- Within 20 days of the date of issue of the provisional admission offer letter Second Installment 3,00,000/- 24-Nov-17 Third Installment 3,00,000/- 04-Apr-18 Total Fees 9,50,000/-

Hostel Facilities

Yes i resided in hostel. No there are sharing rooms. No they do not have PGs. I paid 10000 bucks per month for hostel and food. The taste of food is not good.

Exam Structure

Yes the exams and labs were very frequent. The days were tiresome with lots of studying and as well as assignments.

Faculty

4.5

The faculties are qualified and experienced. Almost 90% faculties are PHDs. The learning environment is perfect. The faculties are interactive because we had internal marks for class participation as well. The faculties are helpful as well. They are present whenever needed for help.

My brief experience as a MBA student at IZee Business School, Bangalore

Placement Experience:

From third semester itself students are eligible for campus placements. College itself provides internships for students also helping them to cop up with their studies. Companies visited are, Cafe Coffee Day, Cothas coffee, Infosys, Biocon, HCL tech. Highest package they provided is 14 Lakhs and average is 6.5 lakhs. 90% students get placed, 5% students have their own family business and other 5% students start their own business. My plan after getting my degree is to get into one of BIG FIVEs, earn money, build connections for atleast a decade and than start my own business.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for the campus placements from around the 4th trimester (2nd year) onwards. The college placement cell is very efficient and super helpful in providing placement opportunities to the students and always aid them. Companies like Mahindra Finance, Vodafone, Airtel, Nykaa, Wipro, Bosch etc. The average package is around 8 LPA and the highest package offered so far has been 16 LPA. There is nearly 100% placement from the college.

A Solid Choice for Industry-Ready Graduates.

For two year PGDM programs, there are various eligibility criterias like CAT, MAT, XAT, GMAT, CMAT and JAGMAT. JAGMAT ia a requirement at the time of selection process. The application form, fees and the dates are provided in the website. JAGMAT is an aptitude test which comprises of 3 sections- 1)English Language proficiency 2) Quantitative aptitude 3) Logical reasoning The total marks is 75 and each section will be of 25 marks. the duration of the test is 90 minutes.
