Remarks

Management of the college is well maintened. Management should take a stand against what all is going wrong in the college campus. Crowd of the college is good with a good social life.

Entrance Preview

There is no entrance exam held in the college of any course. The college only looks for 12th board exam result. A small interview process round is conducted.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course is of 4 years and practical learning is focussed upon to make sure that student gains more and more knowledge regarding each and every subject and topic.

Internships Opportunities

Average stipend received by the student is approximately between 3000-5000 Rs. Overall experience of the internship was good and well educative to all students.

Placement Experience

Major MNC's companies visit the campus for recruitment drive. Recruitment process is carried for 2-3 days with different different companies and students can apply to 5 companies at a stretch.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees is affordable and reasonable for all students . The total fees accounts for about 5 lakh for 4 years. Fees is approximately 1,60,000 Rs - 1,80,000 Rs for 1 year.

Hostel Facilities

Yes, I am residing at hostel at double sharing rooms. Yes, Pg facility is available nearby college.

Overall development of the college as well as student development is there and done in a proper manner.

Faculty

Standard of teaching is not very high nor very less. Yes, interactive sessions are held in the college. Teachers are well experienced with a higher degree as well as experienced in teaching field for more than 8 years.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is well structured and keep up with the evolving trends of industry. It balance Theoretical and knowledge and practical application, helping students build a strong foundation in core subjects like programming mathematics and engineering fundamentals. The curriculum Includ Laboratory session Projects and tutorials that enhance understanding beyond the textbooks It also allows students to choose elective in later semester which adds flexibility and depth to learn. In terms of revevance, most subjects are designed to align with current industry requirements especially in field like computer science and electronics the inclusion of emerging technologies such as ai data science and web development makes it quite comprehensive. However a few areas could be improved such as integrating more industry based project and updating some older Syllabus to match modern tools and frameworks. Overall the curriculum is relevant ,comprehensive and career-oriented providing a solid base for both higher studies and professional development.

My Opinion about GL BAJAJ INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY AND MANAGEMENT

Placement Experience:

The student are available for placement from the starting of the 4th year of 7th semester. There's are lot of decent companies that come to our college like TCS, INFOSYS, MICROSOFT, CAPGEMINI etc The highest placement of my college is about 58 lpa and the average placement of my college is about 7.5lpa The 90 percentage of the students who participated in the placement are being placed rest are gone for their higher studies. My planned after getting my degree is to grab a decent package from the college and started my career.

Reality of Galgotias University

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible for placements from the 6th semester. Recently Infosys visited our college, however the average and highest package was not yet declared but we have heard rumours that the highest package is somewhat around 30 LPA. The percentage of students getting placement is around 65%. My plans after getting this degree is applying for external placements as well.

Unfiltered review and reality of My College

Course Curriculum Overview:

This criteria for choosing the college was because of placements. The curriculum Is outdated and not as per the industry requirements. In 1st year we are taught only one language and which is of no use.... That is C. But in other universities, students are taught languages like java, C++, python in their 1st year. Teachers are good. I have no issues with them but I have issues with its curriculum. Exam are taken so much which are according to me good as they prepare as for university exams but as I consider placement point of view so students do not have enough time to prepare for their placements, learning new skills as we are supposed to study for exams otherwise we will have to attend extra exams and classes and will lose internal marks. So having many exams have both benefits and drawbacks.

I got offer from Indian Institute of Technology Patna for pursuing Bachelor's of Science in Computer Science and Data Analytics. I studied there for 1 year and completed my Foundation degree and then left it as there was not much exposure due to the course being hybrid. The admission process for Galgotias is either having a valid JEE MAINS score or a good percentage in class 12th. The merit list is made on the basis of percentage (most students are selected).
