Firstly I chose the BBA course because I had much interest in management. Through this BBA degree, I can explore my interests in different sectors including Marketing, Finance, HRM, and International business. BBA in HICAS is a correct option for students with management interests. They cover all the topics under management, the staff for individual subjects are very well knowledged they also help us more understandable of the difficult topics. The faculties take care of every individual's performance. Every staff that teaches the student holds a Master's or Ph.D. degree so from their experience they guide us correctly. They conduct internal exams every 3 to 4 weeks in which we are more trained for the semester exams which come once in every 6 months. Honestly, if we put in a little bit of hard work we can score good marks in our exams with good grades.

Internships in the college is done during the second year of the course. We are allowed choose our interested sectors and companies. The staffs are friendly and co-operative and were devoted to helping the students with various learning and working differences. Companies chosen by the college for students are highly working with experienced staffs who provide their working knowledge with the intern students. For internships, students will be sent to various companies like Amazon, Bharat Electronics, Bimetals Bearings, CRI pumps, Asian Paints etc with an average stipend of 5000 per month according to different roles the stipend changes. These internships plays a major role in the future career of the student. Internships also help us do our final projects efficiently.

The quality of placement here in this college is good here in this college. The staff in this college are very supportive and help to do the placement process easily. Students in HICAS are aided in securing job placements through industry guidance and connections. Various companies including high-level companies conduct on-campus interviews for the students with an average salary package of 300000 per year. The maximum salary package is 700000 per year. An average of 70 in 100 gets placed in these drives conducted in college. Through the job acquired in college, it will be easy for future activities and life.

Fees structure in HICAS is quite average in comparison with other colleges. They collect a medium amount of fees for BBA courses. Other than the semester fees, we do spend money on projects, internships, assignments, etc. These other expenses will not be included in the overall fee structure. Course fees in HICAS increase year by year according to the students admitted and the popularity of the course. They provide many scholarships under various categories, and students eligible for scholarships will benefit from this. Placements in HICAS have improved a lot than the previous year, many companies are providing job opportunities for freshers with an average salary package of 180000 per year. Through the placement training provided the students perform well in the interviews.

Campus life in HICAS is extraordinary. We acquire many skills through various activities. They provide many opportunities for students including sports, competitions, library, programs, etc. All the information for our projects will be available in the books in the library. The library is accessible to all students during college hours. For certain topics, we have smart board facilities in classrooms for visual learning. Sports activities for students are available for students with sports knowledge and interests. Winners will be awarded with trophies and cash prizes for encouragement. The drama club in our college is run by the students all the drama activities are arranged and organized by the students all the activities will be then approved by the dean. Drama club plays a major role in "Hilarcas" a festive carnival conducted every year by the college management.

According to me, the admission process in HICAS was quite easy. For my selected course minimum eligibility was 60% of marks in HSC. As I got 75% of the marks I was able to apply for the BBA course. Application forms, application fees, and application dates were available on the official online page of the College. I was able to contact the admission center online easily and I received all my necessary information clearly from the admission office. As I do not belong to the minority community and did not secure enough scores I was not eligible for reservation benefits. They provide correct guidelines for students with reservation benefits in which the overall fees will be lesser than the others. In my admission experience, I think the admission info from the faculties was accommodating, accountable, and well-informed. From my point of view, the availability of applying to the college online should be accessible because it will be easy for students from other districts.
