Likes

The college provides good hostel infrastructure and facilities
The whole academic year is filled up with events and it is fun
the college provides good placements in terms of Tier 2 college

Dislikes

Teh food or the meal provided in the mess is not good
the college is located very inside with that of the main road
there are more of local students studying rather than outsiders

Course Curriculum Overview

The prime reason for me to choose this course is that I wanted exposure in my career and by the time I realized this, it was already too late therefore I thought I should choose MBA to boost my career, without any further delay. The faculty-to-student ratio in our college is 1:65.

Class Size: 65Course Fees: INR 745000 per year

Placement Experience

From 3rd semester we students became eligible for campus placements and the names of the companies that visited were Deloitte, HDFC Bank, and many more total companies that made offers was 145. the highest package being 17,00,000, the lowest package being 7,00,000 and the average package being 9,00,000.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure of the college is such that it includes everything and the total fee is 14,90,000 for the duration of the whole 2 years. There was no financial assistance availed by me for studying in this course.

Campus Life

The campus life is fun and there is an annual fest that is held known as KOLOSEUM it takes place during February and the books and journals in the library are adequate for our reference. The amenities in the classroom include Ac, wifi, etc.

Hostel Facilities

The hostel facility includes attached washrooms and furniture and in our girls' hostel, we also have a common kitchen where if we want we can cook something of our own therefore even if the meal provided in the mess is not good I choose to cook my food here.

Hostel Fee: INR 120000 per year

Admission

I sat for the KIITEE management exam and got a good rank, and then based on that score and the marks I secured in my graduation helped me to gain admission to KSOM, I had to fill up the application form online by paying 1000 rupees.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible after completing their internships. Generally after the 2nd semester students start to sit for the campus process. Companies like: Federal Bank, Axis Bank, Big Basket, SBI securities, Yash Technologies, In2IT, Asian Paints etc visit for hiring top talents from this college. Almost every student gets placed and further assistance is provided too. Majority of the students pursue their corporate career after getting placed, while some also go for higher studies. After the internship that is after 2nd semester all the students eligible for campus placement . In the batch of 2023-25 nearly 120 offers were made companies such as Berger paints ITC , Asian heart , TCI , icic , sriram finance , Bellatar Microfinance, ceasefire etc has come . Best budget friendly MBA college in odisha

Placement Experience:

There are a lot of opportunities and having 120 companies that came to our college and the minimum package is 3 lakh and the highest package is around 17 lakhs and there are almost 90 percent students gets places and I also got place in a very good company

Eligibility is 50% aggregate marks in 10th and 12th boards.candidates those who have appeared in the 12th examination and expecting results before 31st August,2024 can also apply for the program also those who have appeared in UGAT can also apply with valid score. Further candidate will be selected based on their UGAT Score or Career Marks and Performance in Personal Interview. apart from the above exam score ,KSOM takes admission based on KIITEE Management entrance exam which is of 2.5hrs exam with 150 multiple choice questions.
