Course Curriculum Overview

I have chosen this course because I want to be a good mechanical engineer and get a good position in a well-organized company. There are about 10 faculties in the mechanical department. The faculty members have done their qualifications from the IIT and ITS. The teaching methods of the teachers and professors are so good and understanding in manner. There are two exams in a semester one internal and one external. The passing mark is 40 out of 100.

There are many companies that visit even often in the college for campus placement some of them are TCS, Infosys, Wipro, India Mart, ITC, etc. For clarification, you can visit the official website https://dsmru.up.nic.in/main/User/placement.aspx. You will get the all details of the placement of the students and the branch.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions

The fees of the college for the mechanical branch student is 68000 you can submit the fees in the installments. The installment limit. It is two. Yes, the scholarship is given to the students by the aktu to the only eligible students. The students whose family income is less than 40000 annually get scholarships from the UP Government.

Yes, there are many annual fest and technical fest that is organized by the senior members the students, and the society members of the college. Availability of books and general in the library is in the bulk form anyone can get it should their books from the library. Yes, there are social groups like robotics and there are websites also run by the student and the faculty members.

Admission

The eligibility criteria for the BTech mechanical branch is 12th with PCM 65%. The application form can be found on the aktu official website from there you can get all the details about the application dates and the application form fee is 1000 rupees. No, I have not got any reservation benefit.

Interview Experience

Yes, there are many topics of group discussions taken by the visiting industry at the time of placement is driven. The topics are related to general life, science, politics, etc. The process and criteria for admission are so simple you can get admission through counseling or you can directly apply for the college online and offline too. Pay the first installment and you will get admission if you are eligible.

The placement is quite low but in the last 2 years since 1st hackathon of Ineuron, the placement drive are improving. I hope it will keep on improving in future. The UNESCO event was a great marketing opportunity for our college which promoted its ranking in the colleges.

Placement Experience:

6th semester is when you become eligible for campus placements. Amazon, Adobe, Capgemini, Infosys, tcs, hcl, havells, byjus, ibm, etc. are now regular takers from here around 98% of students are placed every year. those who wish for higher studies are the ones who don't get the placements, but the maximum is placed in good companies. the highest package for this year was from amazon of 19 lakh per annum.

Placement in my college was quite good when comparing to other colleges of UP. But the majority of them were mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro etc. But some good startups also hire from our colleges like Paytm, Gradeup etc... In recent years top MNC were also visited JSS like Adobe, Amazon etc. The highest package was 42 lakhs which was given by Adobe and the average were 5 lakh. Almost 70-75% students got placed in my branch ie, CSE who sit in the placements. Currently my plan is to secure a good placement.

From 4th year students become eligible for placements, many companies visit like Amazon, Infosys, Wipro and many more, these are the mass recruiters, the highest salary was 22LPA offered from Adobe and 3LPA is the average salary, around 80% actually placed from on campus placements in 4 days. I will prepare for the DRDO exam after my graduation. Placements opportunities are given to students here at the max.

Placement Experience:

After the Six-semester students become eligible to take part in placement activities. There are many companies visited every month like Wipro, TCS, TATA STEEL, And many more and the good thing about the company is that they can hire the student in a mass number. the highest package is 15 lakhs per annum and the average package is 3.5 lakhs per annum. mostly the percentage is between 70-80 % of these student places more. I am going for an MBA after graduation.
