Remarks

Good college , with faculties and ..all teaching and non teaching staff ..we carry on our life to view more knowledge and to get educated culturaly and socio econonmically ..and this all has been taught here for enlightenment of ones life other than studies also ..which is very useful .

Entrance Preview

Wrote iit-jee, nd cet examination but could not get through jee so opted for kcet and by selection of college option entry ..i got into this college as my rank for mechanical under this college was eligible. No interview n all, document verification and joining to the college as per the rule of cet. I choose this course as my way of interst towards this branch of engg is more.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

Course is heavy for mech people ...has lot of prescribed syllabus and additional applied mechanical courses ...also thermodynamics ,heat and mass transfer.. yes practical learning has to be there ..and we have that more ,though its tough it comes easier when u understand the principle and concepts of particular mechanical parts and tool.

Internships Opportunities

Yes internships are provided and its mandatory to do.. we have to search for the internship or do some industrial visits like nal ,hal ,drdo..where we can get some stipened amount also. It will be a nice doing internship and being a mechanical students..it would be more interseting.

Placement Experience

4

Placements are good .but less mechanical companies more of CS it sector companies and like tech mahindra ,toyota, bosch,hp,amazon ,flipkarts...etc.the average package is around 5-6 lakhs per annum.

College Events

5

Yes its happend but once in a year and intercollegiate functions goes on..

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fees is 45k for a year , as cet fees and 7,810 for building fund as college fees. It is affordable ..its not more . We have to pay it through online or net banking directly linking to our college roll no. It completes within five minutes.

Campus Life

4

Co cirrucular such as project exhibition, workshops ...are held .

Alumni/Alumna

Yes alumini supports a lot to juniors and gives firm advises as well.

Exam Structure

Yes monthly once and sem exam once in six month.

Faculty

4.5

Faculties are well here .they maintain the standard of talking as well as teaching with ths students..they know when to show strictness and when to leave for granted... well interacting classes are happened basically while solving problems . Teaching is done properly and they dont allow to bunk classes also.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate the NIAT curriculum around four out of five. In my opinion, it is good that the curriculum is not only based on theoretical studies. The inclusion of coding, projects, assignments, and practical knowledge is quite engaging for the students, as they can apply the acquired information in practice. Additionally, I find the curriculum up to date compared to the standard Btech syllabus, which mainly focuses on theoretical background. However the curriculum could have fewer assignments, as some of them are rather time consuming and require additional study to achieve a better understanding of a particular subject.

The on-campus usually starts in 6th Semester. A company called MathCo was the first company it came for the role of analyst. Around 5-7 people got selected. The average package would be usually around 4-4.5 LPA, but highest package was 6.25 from PlanetSpark for role of Sales. The percentage is nearly to 10-12%. After degree, get a job and work for atleast 2 years for learning current trends is my basic thought as of now.
