The college campus looks like any university. Its unique so do study and get good rank to get admission here. The placements is good so prefer this college

Entrance Preview

I got admission in this college due to the good score in CET exam. Their is no interview process. The college is autonomous so I didn't think more while taking the admission.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course I chosen is the best for me. Information Technology is technically best branch of engineering. National level research competitions are held in our college.

Internships Opportunities

Yes our college provide us an internship. The average stipend amount is 3000 per month. It is conducted for learning purpose.

Placement Experience

Endurance, Mahindra rise, Tata Technologies like core companies and many more 1000s of companies visiting the campus every year. Maximum package is about 7-8 lakhs

The fee of my College is 67000 per year for General category. It is affordable for me because hostel fee also included into it.

TFWS is scholarship provided by government for toppers also the category scholarships are provided by college.

Alumni/Alumna

The interaction with alumni is not much less but also not much better. College fails to provide the proper platform for student alumni interaction.

Exam Structure

The sessional exams are conducted monthly all the practicals are performed by everyone. They make very interestingly. Overall culture is good.

Faculty is good qualified. Most of the teachers also qualifies with ME in good college's. There are 9 teachers in our IT department. They are so interactive. Some lectures are not conducted on time.

Why I Chose PCCOE: A Student’s Perspective on Academics and Opportunities

Placement Experience:

For 5th semester students become eligible for internship (stipend based)...And from 7th semester for placements. TCS, Infosys, Cognizant, Capgemini, Wipro, Tech Mahindra – for software roles Larsen & Toubro, Honeywell, Siemens, KPIT, Bosch, Persistent Systems – for core engineering roles (ENTC, Mechanical, IT) Other startups & IT product companies also visit for internships and full-time offers. Highest Package: Around ?24–28 LPA (mainly for CSE/IT students in product-based companies like Goldman Sachs, Amazon, TCS iON, etc.) Average Package: Around ?4.5–6 LPA for core and IT companies, and ?3.5–5 LPA for ENTC students. Each year, over 90% of CSE/IT/ENTC students get placed. Branch-specific placements may vary: CSE usually sees 95–98% placements, ENTC around 85–90%, and other branches slightly lower. The Real Experience: Strengths and Shortcomings of PCCOE

Placement Experience:

The college has a dedicated Training and Placement(T&P) cell and has regular recruitment drives that work to place students in companies where they will be values highly. Each year, 600-700 students are placed from all the branches. More than 300+ companies visit but the ones that hire are limited such as TCS, Capgemini, Infosys, Tech Mahindra which generally are mass recruiters that look for employees that will work for 3LPA or 4.5LPA. The highest packages go to about 30 to 40 LPA domestic and 61 LPA foreign but it is very rare to get a placement like this and requries considerable effort on the side of the student as well. Average package is 7 LPA for CS/IT branch; 5 LPA for electronics and telecommunications branch; 4 LPA for mechanical. My plan after getting the degree is working for 1-2 years while simultaneously pursuing masters.

honest review focusing around accommodations, reality, college life, placements

Placement Experience:

our college has motorsports clubs so if you are in those clubs you will get very high reputation while the placements. one concern you have to consider is that the will have total 3 campus for the placement drives so the crowd is very high.

My experience at Bharati Vidyapeeth.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible to apply for placements from the seventh semester. Many Mass recruiters offer jobs to students in our college, some of them being- TCS, Cognizant, Accenture, ICICI Lombard and Capgemini Ai. The average package offered is a around 6LPA and usually the highest package is about 12LPA. Around 65-80% of the students get placed directly from college. I plan to pursue a career in my field after graduation.

Life in GECA, not so good but still you enjoy it.

Due to the reputation of being a government college and autonomous status and also due to city vibes, I chose this one. I was getting private pune engineering colleges but the fees and other expenses dosen't make sense to the features they provide. You need to give mhtcet examand score maybe 90+ percentile to make your sure your place. And cutoff for tech branches of cse, it, ENTC is pretty high. Minimum 95 percentile is required....Read More

I applied to a few colleges like VIT mumbai, DY Patil Akurdi and Thadomal, i didn't get admission in thadomal and DYP, but i did get admission in VIT Pune, i picked GECA because it's closer to my house.
