Remarks

It's average.i just want to say that some people from college authority should be thrown out .there is no basic facilities in hostel.no good food are being provided.

Entrance Preview

It was a direct admission through Tagore educons counselling centre.although I had written wb-jee.since i did not have top class rank but did not have too less rank also.i thought of getting top college so I thought to apply from outside counselling centre.

Course Curriculum Overview

Not much focus was there on practical learning.no kind of research initiatives were taken.course in choosed was a good one but main problem was with the college system so it's not working properly now.

Internships Opportunities

I am not sure about that but till now I did not came to know about anything such .but I got to know from some seniors that internships provided in the college is not that good.

Placement Experience

Placement last year was just average .CSE students and electronics including mechanical got job but only few in number.this year I came to know that some Bengali movie company were here for placement and once even Infosys had come but they did not take anyone.

Fee Structure And Facilities

It is different for each semester and students.since some come by direct counselling and some by wb-jee counselling.1st sem-38500 2nd sem-44500 3rd sem-42500 4th sem-39500 Since I am in 3rd semester I am providing details upto this only.

Hostel Facilities

Rooms are on sharing basis.four person per room.we pay 4500 per month.quality of food is too bad.we have done strike several times but nothing has happened.

Exam Structure

Yes.making is extremely tired.

Faculty

Faculties are qualified enough for us.they too tech us well .There is no problem regarding it. Teachers are ready to teach but there are some teachers who are here for fun.even college don't takes tension about it.and we are in problem in this field that is college authority.

GOOD College at low fees.

Placement Experience:

Placement of my college are quite good with a avg package of 6 to 7 lpa and higest package of 45 lpa and this year the higest package is 75 lpa. The companies visited in my college are infosys, Capgemini,tcs,wipro, Mindtree,IBM, sometimes amazon also.The placement rate of the college is 85 to 95%.

Placement Experience:

The placement statistics are off the charts, with 367 offers being made to 361 students in the recent edition. The student can seat for internshps offered by diffent companies that visit th campus in their pre-final year, while they are eligible to seat for the placements in their final year only. Apart from this there also other restrictions for seating in the placements like Cg should be above 8.5 and there should not have been any disciplinary charges against you, etc. The companies visiting the college also have their own preferences for selecting the students. In 2024-25 the highest CTC is nearly 2.5 crores p.a. offered to a student of CS branch. The EC department getting the most number of offers i.e. 73.

I took addmission to this college by the means of WBJEE exam. It would be more better and economical to visit the college itself and talk about addmission and course fees, the general fee for B.tech CSE in the year 2021 was 2,50,000.
