Shortage of Placements in college and less package.
No usage of English communication in college premises.
No regular classes, notes and sports period.

Course Curriculum Overview

I was very interested in civil engineering even though I took the same course for my diploma. The faculty in BITS is ok but we should be able to study on our own. They are present to clarify our doubts at any time. The faculty qualification is about M.tech, and their teaching skills are average. They are very helpful at the time of exams.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 150000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The total fee structure is about 50,000/- per year on average. I don't have any scholarship benefits but we can take an education loan for that. The college will help in the making process of education loans.

Campus Life

The fest celebrations are good in college they are enjoyable. The books in Library are also available but there is a special fee for that. Sports are not much good social groups are always active by students.

Admission

I got a spot admission to the Balaji Institute of Technology and Science. They told me to pay 300 for the application form and 40,000/- for the tuition fee and 10,000/- for the bus fee and the remaining fee like CRT, Project, TASK has been added later of about 15,000/-

I will rate my curriculum 2.5 out of 5 stars.The syllabus covers the core subjects very well but it follows the old tradition with limited industry visits,It can be improved by adding more focusing on real world applications

Placement Experience:

From 3 -1 only students become eligible for campus placement and the companies visited for our college was Jpmorgan,google,microsoft,Infosys capgemini tcs etc.. The highest package in our college was 54 lpa from Microsoft and average packages were 5-10lpa the percentage of getting placements by students is 75% and my plans after getting the degree is to get a good placement in a MNC's.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would 3 out of 5 because only the basic they thought in every college while getting the job they ask advance concept but I can that the course curriculum has improved now and they are preparing students for further jobs. The course includes the subject which is necessary to get job.while I was studying the exam timing for us is 3hrs

My campus life and experience

Placement Experience:

Until know i got some info among the placements and internships is that yes, this college is providing campus placements good as some of the recent companies were Infosys, Capgemini,and other companies drive has been conducted in the college for the 4rth years. So the placements are good here no worrys too. But the LPA is less a bit like in the past years as the software industry is getting more hard to get jobs.

There are many companies costing the campus for recruitement like Accenture ,Infosys , keka , Accenture , infor etc and many other startup . They mostly consider students from Cse background but even allow others if they have skills . Accenture and cognisant will hire many students and there pay would be around 5 lakh per year for service roles . If they take for other roles then the salary is more 60-70% people get placed , some prefer doing masters even though they are placed
