Likes

Campus life is good as campus is big enough to accommodate all students
Labs are very well equipped and clean with a fast stable internet connection
Canteen have a lots of option for all kind of foods no nonveg food is sell in university.

Dislikes

Parking is huge and not well maintained so hard to find your vehicle
Building is under a revocation from a year now so dusty and noisy all day long
In rain water loggs very badly on the parking and outside university which is a very big problem for students

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose Computer science because it's almost the same as cse. Faculty to student ratio is almost 1:100 and 1:30 in labs. Faculties are all highly qualified and can communicate in all Hindi Gujarati and English languages very fluently .exams and results are generally 10-15 days late.

Class Size: 100Course Fees: INR 55000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

My fee is around 55k and I pay it in 10 instalments of 5500 so it's very easy for us. Emi is at no cost and we can also pay with a card or cash. UPI id was also accepted. I prefer online because it gives us instant receipt of our payments

Campus Life

There are some industrial visits every year some fests like rangmanch and Navratri celebrations along with Diwali and new year are celebrated every year. We also celebrate the traditional days. there is nothing like extracurricular activities so if you are into sports ignore asoit.

Admission

I am not eligible for cse in socet so I selected ce in asoit as the campus for socet and asoiat is the same so there is almost the same academic study so I selected the course with less fees than cse it's almost 20k cheaper here than in any other university

Placement of my college is decent enough as per NITs. From 7 semester students become eligible for campus placements. Companies like Micron, GE Healthcare, Visa, MasterCard and more visited and offer 6 to 7 candidates depending on requirement. Highest package is 57 LPA in CSE branch and 35 LPA in ECE branch. The placement in by branch are good enough in last year 2024 a student got package of nearly 42 lakh per year from computer branch. The average package in computer branch is nearly 10 to 12 LPA . Different companies visits our college to give placement to the students. The major companies ask about the students who have 8 + CGPA . Students become eligible from the 7th semester itself for campus placements. The collge gives perfect data of the student who are placed in different different companies.in year 2023 88% of the students were succcessufully placed in companies.Including all branches average package was of 7 LPA but for computer science students the average package was 10 to 12 LPA.In petrochemical branches the highest package was 24 LPA . and average package was nearly about 6.5LPA.The IT companies such as Google , Microsoft, Reliance , TATA visiits the college to give placement to the students of computer science.The total of 550 +students got the offer from various companies from all branches of btech and nearly 175 companies visited to the campus of the collegeAfter i get the degree the college pdeu i wil do the job for 2 to 3 years in some good companies after that my plan is to do startup means i want to start my buissness such as making an app , etc.. In PDEU the number of students getting placed are good enough even students getting good offcampus packages than oncampus becaus the student become capable of doing work or finding good work. There are some of the students not getting the jobs on campus they try offcampus and thy get the job.
