Likes

Library is good. there is plenty place it is nice place to study.
Ground is good in summer season. we play cricket in the ground.
Labs are provided with sufficent equipments

Dislikes

Canteen food should be improved.

Course Curriculum Overview

I have completed a diploma in civil engineering. so I want to complete a btech in civil engineering also. The faculty is average in our college. Maintenance of equipment is far better. I think qualified faculty are required.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 50000 per year

Placement Experience

I'm from a civil engineering background in my class some of the people are placed in small companies for 2.5 -3.5 CTC. some are not going for that job. For other branches like CSE, ECEthere is getting good jobs and better jobs.

Fees and Financial Aid

I got a reimbursement of 35000 and the remaining 15000 and other fees are paid by me. There will huge line for paying the fees at the exams time. I think they have to improve some facilities for paying the fees.

Campus Life

Infrastructure is average. there are no sports. only cricket and volleyball. Cultural programs are done. Some sports should be included in my opinion. there are no social groups are clubs in our college. I can say it is average.

Admission

I have written an entrance exam for btech that is called ECET. I got an 524 rank in the ecet and I selected BITS COLLEGE. I got a seat in civil engineering. I got a reimbursement of 35000 from the government. The remaining 15000 and other expenses are paid by me.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I will rate my curriculum 2.5 out of 5 stars.The syllabus covers the core subjects very well but it follows the old tradition with limited industry visits,It can be improved by adding more focusing on real world applications

Placement Experience:

From 3 -1 only students become eligible for campus placement and the companies visited for our college was Jpmorgan,google,microsoft,Infosys capgemini tcs etc.. The highest package in our college was 54 lpa from Microsoft and average packages were 5-10lpa the percentage of getting placements by students is 75% and my plans after getting the degree is to get a good placement in a MNC's.

I would 3 out of 5 because only the basic they thought in every college while getting the job they ask advance concept but I can that the course curriculum has improved now and they are preparing students for further jobs. Placement Experience:

My campus life and experience

Placement Experience:

Until know i got some info among the placements and internships is that yes, this college is providing campus placements good as some of the recent companies were Infosys, Capgemini,and other companies drive has been conducted in the college for the 4rth years. So the placements are good here no worrys too. But the LPA is less a bit like in the past years as the software industry is getting more hard to get jobs.

There are many companies costing the campus for recruitement like Accenture ,Infosys , keka , Accenture , infor etc and many other startup . They mostly consider students from Cse background but even allow others if they have skills . Accenture and cognisant will hire many students and there pay would be around 5 lakh per year for service roles . If they take for other roles then the salary is more 60-70% people get placed , some prefer doing masters even though they are placed
