Course Curriculum Overview

I have chosen this course because I am interested in the technology and software field And I always wanted to become a software developer The faculty is good. The faculty is very experienced and knowledgeable and are eligible to teach us

Class Size: 240Course Fees: INR 41000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees in our college fees are 41000 Which is quite high And also I got only one scholarship named as ssp which has offered only 3000 The campus recruitment in our college is not as better like in other colleges

Campus Life

Life on campus is quite good And there are many trees And this year state level fest was Also conducted where many colleges from the Karnataka are invited Many sports and extracurricular activities are also conducted

Admission

The admission process was quite simple And very good. It was very easier The course eligibility is 12th pass either in science or commerce or arts with a minimum of 60 per cent marks No exam was conducted for admission. It was a direct process. The exam should be conducted in the admission process so it would be better

Kristu jayanti the best for degree

Placement Experience:

They have 95% placements. Many of students started there intern after 1st year but I tried at last year and selected it was no-payable but got experience and now I'm taking 10 lpa. My friend got payable at 2nd year but he didn't improve his skills and struggled at last he lost placement but got hired in developing company. If you don't get placement no worries on that you can improve skills in college and take of teachers

Course Curriculum Overview:

I mainly choose the course because I heard the college was top in Mangalore and it provide best teaching. Although some were correct and some not. The curriculum the college prepared is nice, but majority were outdated topics and idk it will help the students to get jobs in modern world with modern technologies.

Placement Experience:

The placement is very good .Companies such as l&t, infosys , TCS, IBM, code young etc have visited and selected with a high packages. The stydents from 4th sem are applucable for the placements , There are more than 15 companies that visited for the placements

our collage stars to focus on placement from 4 semester ,but actual placement is done at end sem ,many companies visit and select few and most eligible students, companies like axis bank ,karnataka bank etc visit and give good packages, the recent one of my senior got placed in federal bank with the initial ctc of 6 Lpa., now percentage is not that big factor they check the skill, my plans is to get placed by my dream company apple inc .

Golden Days in Jss

Remarks:

Awesome environment for students to grow. college campus is nature friendly campus consist of many small trees and schools both Kannada and English medium and have both CBSE and state syllabus and also have ITI.

I chose JSS SMI College over the others because the college was disciplined , safe and had a peaceful environment and I chose this college because I had my schooling as well as the high school in the same JSS Campus.
