well, I opted for this course as my elder brother was an engineer already and he was doing good in life and my mother being a Govt. teacher was worried for my future so this was the easy one as I got placed by UPTU with a good rank, but only condition was that I can not leave Lucknow so had to stick to this college, and those were the very best 4 years of my life have made many friends during that time, some are still friends and some with time have to leave. but overall its a journey and you keep realising it with time passing

Internships Opportunities

At that time we didn't have a company for internships. But yes at Lucknow we have so many organizations that u can easily bag an internship from HAL Tcs Airtel now HCL too on the list, so you will not have to worry about it.

Placement Experience

Campus placement is something that is based on the calibre of students, and yes BBD is a popular name in fetching good companies. now with the opening of IT companies such as TCS and HCL in Lucknow itself, it is more convenient now. and during our time too company did come and I was fortunate enough to be placed at SAHARA Pune at that time.

Fees and Financial Aid

There are chances of getting scholars, and yes the college gives a discount to children who are from a weak financial background, and fees at my time was not that huge as it was under the guidance of UPTU though was a private college but then too it was a good experience overall

Campus Life

Infrastructure is among the best out of all the colleges in Lucknow. you will enjoy the crowd and the interaction with children from different courses, seniors helping faculty is Good. campus takes proper care of safety and cleanliness and everything is handy at the campus from transport to anything you name it.

Admission

The admission process was smooth as it was managed BY UPTU at that time. the course was for 4 years. I didn't have any reservation benefits, but yes the college does have this scheme. everything was proper our counselling sessions were done, the proper number of systems were there, and the process was held at Engineering College Lucknow

The course feels a bit dated in 2026, and the University needs to update it in 2026 with the new AI modern tools coming. Apart from the course, I was also involved in social media activities in different internships and i learned a lot over there.

Placement Experience:

Placements are quite good here . Generally most of the comapnies that come here are for SDE roles but also many for consulting and DS roles . Students generally dont prefer the core roles so there are less companies visit for core jobs . Talking abt my course the highest package was 51 lakh by microsoft and the average was around 18 lakh . For the aollege highest package was around 1.6 cr. Around 1000 offers have been given for 252 profiles . In this 280 offers were PPO for final year student. Average CTC for whole college was 29.23 LPA. Around 80 percent of students get placed . Some people go for higher studies , some go for civil services .

The frequency of exams is fine but timings and schedules are but hectic with no leaves and continuous exams even two exams in a day sometimes . Well some of the courses are relevant and prepare students for the real world circumstances

placement is fully depends on you mostly service companies comes ingla also the placement you see which have high packages and good companies actually they are not from collage placements they take placement from external support but the university tag on him the placement is supported by gla which is false 1 of 50 student is placed remaining are placed at very low package like 20000 or 25000 my plans is to apply for good companies at my own

On the campus placement is good like if you have capability you can make throw it and they provide almost 3 to 4 lakh average salary and Anam I will say and highest package I have seen was 23 lakhs and 49 lakhs from a college and companies like Wipro TCS Amazon and HDFC and many other companies have came this year for placement and like we have a good placement cell and PDP and training classes

Placement Experience:

The placements in the college is good as in core branches, most of the students get placements on-campus, infact these years good freshie paying scale company for core companies did visit the company and most of the IT sector companies also offer good packages. The average package is 5.5 lakhs. For ECE, Vivo, Kuka robotics, Ericsson and blauplug visited the college. I'm not really much aware about other branch's companies

Placement Experience:

1) students become eligible for placements from 7th semester onwards. 2) many companies visit our college like asbl,shl,deloitte,infosys,hcl tech , To the new and many startup based companies 3) highest package on campus was around 14 lpa and average package was around 4-4.5 LPA. 4) around 600-700 students got placed out of 1100 students. 5) my plan is to do masters.

The admission in the college are done through AKTU couneling. The AKTU counseling accepts the jee scores and anybody getting a rank upto 10 lacs can get admission into the college. Developing pharmacist without futuristic

I applied to KIET Ghaziabad, Galgotia Noida and BBDNIIT, Lucknow but for the fee waiver seat which gives u 100 percent fee concession. I got a fee waiver in Galgotia and BBDNIIT and i chose BBDNIIT. Yes i got a rejection from KIET as i filled it late in the second round.
