MJPRU - am honest review!

I chose Computer Science and Information Technology as my course because it has a good scope and I had an interest in the Faculty: student = 1:8 •All the faculties of CSIT are well qualified and most of them hold a PhD. •Almost all the exams were conducted offline. Even when the pandemic hit, the exams were postponed but were taken in offline mode. The difficulty level is medium to high. The percentage given to students in the university are well deserved and average marks secured here maybe equal to toppers' marks in any other lenient college.

Internships provided are good, with lots of new technologies and learnings. But the stipend is mostly less or sometimes no stipend. Projects are supported by mentors and guided by the faculty members as well.

From 3rd year of pursuing BTech. Placement numbers are okay. Most of the students get jobs from off-campus drives. the placement percentage and information technology branch records approx 97% placements of students either off or on campus.

The best part of this University is that the fees are considered very low in comparison to other equally prestigious colleges. They also provide 75%-100% scholarships to students. •I availed the UP Students Scholarship Scheme.

The infrastructure is very good. A big library is present in the university for all the books and resources. Large stadium with installed running tracks, basketball ground, cricket ground, indoor games, and both open and closed gym. •Many students run clubs like IT clubs, Cultural clubs, etc

The eligibility was 10+2 and the Entrance exam required was- JEE Mains. It is the Joint Entrance Exam for all the Engineering colleges in the country. there are different ranks cut off for different branches. Reservation as provided in the admission exam of jee.
