Likes

I liked about my campus was that teaching quality was very good.
All events were conducted in time, on the date.
All teachers are friendly with all the students they make learning easy for the students

Dislikes

Things I dislike is that, many students are made to sit in a big hall.
Breaks between the classes are too long

Course Curriculum Overview

I wanted to explore more about the b.com course so I chose this course. The faculty of the college is quite good, the student ratio is like girls are more than the boys. Qualifications of the faculty are excellent they all have masters degrees related to their subjects, Exams were conducted every time in a timely. the pass percentage is quite high.

Class Size: 80Course Fees: INR 1000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

One can complete their graduation at a cheap cost, I have completed my graduation under 5k. Well, there are many scholarships provided to toppers of HS pass students. One can easily avail the benefit of it.

Campus Life

The annual fest is conducted in the month of January. Books and journals are easily available in the library of the college. Many students take part in sports, conducted in college or inter-college. Many social groups are working in the college.

Admission

I took admission to a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) at Margherita college at Dibrugarh University. The eligibility criteria for the course is at least 12 pass/HS pass. One can find the application form on the web site of Margherita college with the prescribed fee and dates. One can avail of benefits of reservation provided to the poor section of our society such as SC, ST, and OBC.

The college i study in is very good

Placement Experience:

Students from 5th semester onwards are ready for campus placements. The students from our college gets a very good college placement at a very nice company and salary. The percentage of students getting degree are 80% and my plan after my degree are to become "Company Secretary or job at SBI".

Course Curriculum Overview:

I feel the course is very rich and varied for someone from commerce background . There are a lot of subjects for students which students study in various semesters . There's even EVS in the curriculum which is wierd but also great . I feel the curriculum is a lot based on the real life there are topics related to computerised accounting, e businesses , virtual reality , augmented reality , stock markets etc etc . which are ig very necessary for today's world . Since I am just in my 1st semester I don't think I can say a lot about the improvements that can be made but I feel the curriculum can also include a little about AI as it's the burning topic of today's world . If there's a subject like EVS for commerce then I feel even an AI subject will not pose much difficulty or chaos among the students . Exams are very regular . I just had my sessional exams in October and now I am preparing for my finals which are in December

Nothing influenced my decision to choose this course. I just wanted to choose this course for fun, to be honest. the curriculum rarely prepares us for real-world applications or further academic pursuits but whenever it does it would be very beneficial for the students. Held frequent inspections in the college so that they can improve themselves and the teaching method should be in a friendly and more comprehensive way. Course Curriculum Overview:

Well, nothing specific has influenced me in the decision to choose this course that is BCOM as most of these student after passing shoes, so I also opt to BCOM. Well, the curriculum does not fully prepare the students for real world applications or further academic pursuits. They does not provide any practical knowledge or any kind of internship to the students for the real world. Well, according to me, they should provide some internship or something related to practical knowledge. This improvements are very necessary. The frequency and timing of exams is very low like within four months the university tries to complete the whole semester, and it's very hard to complete the whole syllabus within just four months.

Eligibility of my course is quite good in our college because in our college commerce students are quite impressive The application for my College u can find in d.samarth portal application fee must be under 3000 and dates will be during May and June the exam timing is diffirent for the degree students sometime our timing gets is morning sometime it's gets in afternoon so yes difficulty level is different just because of the timing for sure I think over all it's good but I want that all the process should be done in online because physical it's take too much time...Read More
