Likes

Teachers are giving proper guidence and supports required every time.principal is also supporting each stage.Term work is limited. Workshop and practical need to improve. I like this college due to location and support from teaching staff.
Limited submission that is term work and teacher understand students effort.
Location is main plus point to study here.

Dislikes

Exam time and fees structure strictly followed.
Need to give some scholarship from college.
Hostel facility should be improve and all facilities should be give.

Course Curriculum Overview

Collage exam timing is strictly followed. Exam time should be increased or exam paper should be less so that students can cover all questions as we know engineering is not easy. Engineering is the toughest course in the world.

Class Size: 120Course Fees: INR 35000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Economical backward classes fee possession received from the college. I also submitted the Panjab Rao Deshmukh hostel fees possession form but still have not received it. Hope it will receive soon. No other scholarship was received.

Campus Life

No special group. Just friends group visited nearby places and industrial visits. College is trying for NSS this year. We missed it. Hope upcoming students will enjoy it. Teachers are like friends that is the main thing.

Admission

Need to give admission fees part payment and options like EMI. The best thing is ok education loan facilities should be available from college so that students who don't effort fees can get benefits Because banks avoid giving education loans to students.

Best Engineering college, excellent placement, and best opportunity.

Placement Experience:

Placement are best of D Y Patil College of engineering and technology kolhapur. After 6 th semester you are eligible to do internship and give interview for job offers. Highest package offered by company is 64 LPA and it is Adobe . Minimum packages offered are 6-7 LPA . approximately 70-80% of students get placed on campus. Companies that come to college for hiring are Adobe, juspay, infosys, gpay, google, amazon, microsoft etc

Placement Experience:

Students generally become eligible for campus plaecments from the 6th sem onwards. Companies that visited ourr college are TCS ,EagleBite , Mahindra, Softanic, etc. Around 10 to 15 offers were made . HIghest package was 7 lpa lowest packsge was 2.5 lpa average package was 3 lpa Profiles include software developer, business analyst,product developer etc I plan to pursue a job as a software developer.

Nice curriculum in my cource in first year 6 subject are there which are maths chemistry physical engineering drawing and mining geology classes and approx length of each class is 55 min which is nice

Insights of DYPIU

Placement Experience:

Since i am just a first year student, i dont have any real knowledge of placements here. So i will just tell you what i am aware about. Talking to few of the seniors made me realise that placements are not that strong here. But still the average package is 5LPA and the highest package offered is 27LPA. Percentage of students getting placed is not much. My plans are of trying for off campus placements if not placed on campus.
