Course Curriculum Overview

It is one of the most versatile degree courses covering competencies relevant to several job industries. Communication of faculties could be improved regarding important information. Though the faculties are helpful. The teaching method could be improved. The difficulty was okay for exams.

Class Size: 72Course Fees: INR 125000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees were hiked suddenly during the 1/4 period of course. There was no prior information regarding this. No information regarding scholarships was given. There are scholarships for economical background students. No information on financial assistance was given.

Campus Life

A wide range of books and journals are available in the library. The annual fest unmad 3.0 and tech fest tech samaroh were a blast. The annual sports meet kreeda was fun to be a part of. The clubs and websites run by students are exciting to be a part of.

Admission

The eligibility for the course is being a 12th graduate and qualifying entrance test (CET). The application form, application fees, and application dates were found on the official site of ip colleges. There were no reservations. No improvement is needed.

Basically I'm from commerce background so I had decided to chose Bcom Hons which was gud course. The curriculum prepares for the real world very well because they teach us excel, coding , and how to fill income tax e filing also tally and data analytics which was very useful for real world. A students insight on his college

Placement Experience:

Eligibility is 5th semester onwards you can get campus placement. Deloitte, TATA, nestle, other big MNC's Highest is around 20 lacs and average is around 5 lacs. 60-70 % students get places but it can be higher or lesser depending upon the crowd of students , their talents. I think I would choose a professional course like civil servant.

Curriculum is old and rigid, the still teach old methods and syllabus is updated very slow. But with introduction of SEC and VAC courses student have some different options which the can choose to study for their semester.

Placement Experience:

PWC, Icici Prudential and like wise companies which needed students for finance and accountancy roles offers placements to students. Many new startups too have started coming and this has made placements percentage shoot up in recent past.

It's a decent college, but better than many other colleges

Placement Experience:

Final year students(5th semester) are eligible for the placements, many famous company recruits, like Deloitte, flipkart,amazon and there's many local companies as well. The highest pakage in 2024 was 24LPA. 20-30% students gets the placement as most of the students opt for Higher studies or get into competitive exams. The jobs offered are based on your course.

In first year you are eligible for internship. Deloitte company or so much companies visited our college. Highest package of our college is Rs. 23.5 lakhs per annum from bajaj capital company. Percentage of students vary from year to year. My plan after degree is to get a government job.

Ethereal experience at TIPS

I applied for IITM in Janakpuri and Maharaja Agrasen I could get admission in these colleges but I chose TIPS because the crowd and IITM is not good and Maharaja Agrasen is very far away from my house so I ended up taking admission in TIPS as it is close to my house. I got rejection from Maharaja Surajmal as my rank in IPU CET exam was not up to the mark to join Maharaja Surajmal. the admission process of my college was smooth, I gave the IPUCET exam which is held by the Indraprastha University after the results we have to make a priority list for the colleges we want to take admissions in. I just had to submit the documents in the college and it was like 2-3 hours of process for verifying them and I got admission in TIPS...Read More
